We spent ages trying to find place mats which were heat proof for our wooden table but also looked good and matched the decor. These do not disappoint! The rich brown and coppery tones fit perfectly with our oriental decor. They are large and helps my visually impaired father-in-law to locate all he needs to eat. They have a slight metallic look which actually makes them look more expensive than they were! And they were a great price and for 6! Arrived without hassle. The only slight downside is that due to the woven look material messy food can get stuck so you need to clean straight away and with a soft brush type item but otherwise really great item!

I was so pleased when I ordered these that I ordered a second pack. Unfortunately, even though I have tried scrubbing with nailbrush and soaking in detergent, orange type stains do not come out. These are food stains from kids so the mats are really not practical at all.

Nice mat. Like most mats, difficult to remove ketchup or pasta stains! Apart from this very nice and hold their shape.

Bought these to protect our new garden table. Perfect, easy to clean and ideal for eating Al fresco, perfect size for serving dishes (larger than standard mats)
