Very pretty chairs but not great quality. They are uneven when you sit on them so they rock a little and the support strap under the seat broke after only a couple days so the seat is already bowing

I have to agree with the other reviews they look nice but the quality is very very poor... the legs are uneven and I had to add a different leg adjuster on the legs to even them out.

Poor poor quality and when assembled the legs were very uneven, if this had been in a store it would have been thrown out

Rickety when assembled. Uncomfortable. I have to send them back. They look good, though.

Not easy to assemble. Some holes don’t line up and you rush stripping the bolt or cracking the wood. Once assembled the chairs look good and seem sturdy.

Neither chair had screws that fit properly. The wood was all rotted in the seat of the chair. Tese issues were present in both chairs. Piece of junk!!!

Chair rattan much more of a grey than pictured. The chairs finish is really rough. If you are a detail person, keep shopping. All the parts were there, the holes drilled holes mostly matched up. Easy to install, sturdy and rattan is ok. I almost returned but for the California return address and cost approaching $100. Didn’t contact to see if I could return to East Coast distribution center.

The product shipped looked like it was taken from someone’s house and shipped to me. The packaging was a disaster, the hardware was in a zip lock bag and legs were coming out of the box and scratched. Very disappointed
