I do not recommend this music box. I purchased this as a gift for daughter’s birthday, she opens box on birthday while she is on FaceTime with me and music box doesn’t work, doesn’t play music. I had a replacement sent and that one also didn’t work, didn’t play music, on top on that Amazon has me returned first item to Kohl’s because it gave me the option to do so, tell me why on the second one I don’t get that option, now I’m stuck having to return this these two terrible music box gifts to two different locations . Way to go to all parties on ruining my daughter’s birthday.

Absolutely adorable, but does have a draw back. I got a picture of myself to put in this so I could give it to my mom for mother’s day. The description said a 3x5 picture would fit, so I made extra care to ensure the picture I had fit those dimensions. Well the box came and my picture was way to big to fit the frame. Not to mention, the little clips that are used to hold the picture are in the MIDDLE of the frame and are huge. I had to cut my photo down, and even then it looks silly. Would be great if it had no clips and instead have you the option to pop or slide the photo in like a normal photo frame. The box was perfect besides that so it still gets four stars :)

I gave it two stars because it looked nice, but after winding it, nothing. This is obviously a gift type of item so imagine the disappointment when she opened it, had a big smile, and then a confused face after she couldn't make it play. I'd spend twice as much to make sure that didn't happen to you.

We got this as a keepsake for our daughter. She seemed to be very pleased with it.

I love it almost as much as my fiancee does. It has a childhood sentimental value that is hard to replicate. Everything was delivered fine and works great. You can change the front pictures if you want. Just wish it had a little lock on it.

Gift for mom-this was our song when I was a small child and she was very touched by the song playing when she opened the box! Perfect gift ❤️

We bought this as a memory gift for our grandson when my mom (his great grandmother) passed away. Adding pictures was easy and made it more meaningful.

Ordered this music box for my best friend of over 20 years as a "in memory of" gift for her brother who passed away a few weeks ago. She always called him her sunshine. I like that I could put pictures of him in it. She loved it so much she cried.
