Use for diet coke boxed and soda stream
Bought a box of diet coke syrup and use it to fill soda stream. Works great. Was easy to install, no leaks or issues.

Perfect tap
Works great, drip is a nice steady flow. Was a bit worried it would come out too fast with the pressure from a soda bib. No leaks works as it should. Good value for the price.

Works great
After getting a Soda Stream Terra for Christmas I quickly discovered none of the products they sell taste like my particular addiction: Caffeine Free Diet Coke. So I decided to get the “real thing” and buy the syrup pack sold by Coca-Cola. (I planned to buy it on Amazon but was spooked by the fact that all photos showing Caffeine Free Diet Coke had the label blanked out.) I got it from another provider and with this attachment it works great. I use the standard sized soda stream bottle, filled with soda to its fill line, then add syrup until it’s near the top, and it tastes exactly like the real thing.

Perfect fit for any Coke bag in box syrup products
Perfect fit for any Coke bag in box syrup products yet will not necessarily work with other bag in a box brands. Very simple to attach & use. I use it to fill the empty soda stream syrup bottles with actual Coke syrup. No pumping just a gravity valve. One negative issue is that the valve does leak & I don’t mean after use or residue, what I mean is when the valve is completely closed if you leave the box standing up were the spout is at the bottom of the box like you are about to use it, the nozzle will drip syrup, I suggest you place the box upright with the valve on top after each use, regardless it is well worth the money to get yourself one of these if you are using Coke bag in a box.

Spigot came loose
Works well until it doesn't. Six months in, the syrup starts to drip off the spigot. It turns out that the ring that tightens the spigot to the tube slipped off from where the two meet.

Works on Diet Coke box; adds 6.5" to front of box
I have a Soda Stream and was tired of their lame mixes. After a trip to the local club store, I had a "bag in box" of Diet Coke and quickly realized it would be really annoying to use the spatula trick every time I wanted to get some Coke syrup. This item looks like the photo and works great on a Diet Coke box. It is longer than I expected it to be - it adds about 6.5" to the front of the box.NOTE: It will leak a little after you use it. I recommend you put some paper towels down or similar, especially if you're using sugary soda. I don't think there's a way to wash/rinse this out, either, due to the construction. Finally, it is easier to use a second bottle to hold the syrup for everyday use (rather than put soda mixture from this tap into the Soda Stream bottle). I keep my bottle of ready-to-go syrup in the fridge and refill from the box when empty.

Nice little bit of kit!
While it's obviously cobbled together from spare bits and parts, I couldn't care less! (I say that in jest, because it's well made, and not the least bit kludged.)I am on a SodaStream kick right now, and all of the Cola variations just absolutely ... well ... they are nasty. So, I went to Sam's and bought The Real Thing in a 5-gallon Bag-in-Box (BIB). I managed to get my "fix" for the first few liters of soda by using "The Wooden Spoon" trick to slowly fill a 1-pint bottle (required two people to avoid a huge mess) in about 60 seconds. But now I have this little $20 miracle -- money spent on this thing is well worth it. The valve operates easily with one hand, and dispenses briskly (at least for the Diet syrup. Real sugared cola syrups would probably be somewhat slower.)One suggestion: The whole valve can pivot on the bag. When I'm done dispensing, I turn the valve to point up so that any residual drips don't fall out and stain the carpet.
