I dropped my laptop once and it cracked the case a little but not my computer.

Fit perfectly. Easy to attach. I like that it came with a piece to cover the camera. Does not feel cheap and looks beautiful. A little darker than I thought it would be but I still like it. One negative...if you have anything on your fingers...lotion, etc, make sure you wipe your hands before touching the case. Definitely smudges!

I gave it a four because I mainly wanted the case and key cover. Neither of the key covers fit properly. You can’t read what the keys say which is not good if you’re new to to MacBook. The case is pretty and even though it lifts up sometimes it works. The screen protector is VERY flimsy and folded up before I could even try to place it. Good product if your main need is the case. I would suggest ordering a more durable screen protector instead of relying on the one in this set.

not the most sturdy case i have had but does the job. does not grip the table well so it slides, and leaves finger prints smears even with clean hands. could find better for the price

I've purchased various affordable hardshell cases like this for my Macbooks over the years and I thought they were all pretty much the same--not the best quality, but they've always done the job of protecting my laptop. The rubber bits on the bottom eventually come off, the plastic shows finger prints that don't quite wipe off anymore, and when the corners crack and are sharp, I'm not even disappointed because I'm usually ready for a new color by then. That's the expectation. This product looked like it was going to be similar. I ordered the avocado green and it's a beautiful color, exactly like the photo. The plastic has that almost soft feel on the outside, but it's definitely a hard shell. My issue with it is that it simply does not fit my new 2020 13" Macbook Air. Some of the reviews mention that it did work for them, but the quality is likely inconsistent. I managed to sort of snap the top part of the case on, but not really. The base of it snapped on with much difficulty. They're usually a little tricky and need some force, but this one scratched the corners of my laptop! The top corners don't latch on at all so it just flops around at the top. I couldn't get the bottom part of the case on at all and I didn't want to force it after how the top went. Should you choose to purchase this case for this laptop model anyway, be extra careful! Apparently, this is an issue that others with the new Macbook Air have been dealing with. I'm not sure what about it makes it difficult to create a proper case for, but it's frustrating. People have been suggesting skins instead, which I think I'll be trying instead. This also comes with an adhesive screen protector. If you're wondering if it's one of those matte or anti-glare ones, it's not, and I prefer these basic clear ones because you can still see the screen vibrantly through it. However, mine came with a dip in one spot. I tried to place it on anyway to see if it would rub out, but it didn't. FYI, it also doesn't come with any guides or instructions on how to align it or any tools to help, but you can just tape it into position at the top before removing the adhesive protector. Even though I was able to align it properly, there were a ton of bubbles (from the dip and elsewhere) that didn't rub out. Sometimes they kind of settle eventually, but these did not. I'm pretty sure this only advertised coming with one keyboard protector, but mine actually came with two (one that matches the case, one in a brighter green). I thought that was a pleasant surprise, but actually, they don't even stay on. Mine is always riding up in the middle and shifting around. These things tend to do that after a while of use because they get stretched out or the bottom loses its grip, but this one has given me issues from the start. All of these products are disappointing, but I probably would have kept it anyway if the case just fit. I'm also mainly annoyed that it scratched up my new laptop, because you can't fix that with an Amazon return.

I was very pleased when I received this product! I have the new Macbook Air 2020 and the case and keyboard cover fit perfectly! I have tried a few other cases/keypad covers that said they were for the new Macs, but then they actually were not, so I am super happy to have found this seller! I was sent two keypad covers... one was for the older version with the bigger arrow keys and the other was the keypad cover for the 2020 version with the smaller arrow keys. I was so happy to have the correct keypad cover with the smaller arrow keys, so it was nice they sent both just in case! The case itself fits great. It latches well both on the top and bottom. The case is very smooth and the particular color I got you are able to see the apple logo through the case; which I like! With the case on, you can bend the screen back further than 90 degrees; so the case does not interfere with moveable of the screen. I like the little plugs that are also included to plug the ports. They are easy to install in the ports. They are tiny though, so probably can be lost easily, but they sent extras as well! I have no comment about the screen protector as I have not used it yet. Overall, very impressed with this product!
