My first smoke with the Alder pucks was freshly caught trout. Before this, I had used loose chips in a different smoker and had mixed results. The Bradley alder bisquettes made applying the desired amount of smoke a breeze. I have never had smoked trout come out so well, and the alder pucks are just the right flavor for smoked fish.

Too expensive for sawdust in my mind. I will probably make my own. Lots of online tutorials on how to make your own biscuits at a much lower price.

Can't say enough about the product, great for chicken, beef and pork! Use all the time. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who's looking to smoke.

Much milder for smoking fish than oak. Fairly expensive but first class results. Satisfied customer.
