I was a little leary reading the reviews of others, but this was recommended by my daughter's friend who is very knowledgeable in this area. Honestly, the taste isn't as bad as some of these reviews make it out to be. Of course it doesn't taste like candy, lol, but it is doable. I am on week two and I really seem to have more energy, especially in the afternoons when I usually crash. If you are needing a good b12, give this a shot for yourself and dont be discouraged by all the naysayers-lol

It's a little vitamin taste but not too bad. I felt it work right away.

I have another vitamin B product I use and I don’t think it was as good as this one. This Is a high-quality product and I have already started noticing differences. I started to use this because I had a constant eye twitch, and my chiropractor told me to start taking vitamin B 12 which this has - and my eye twitch is all gone (WOO!). I am really weird about buying just any supplements in the industry as I know a lot Supplements are not what they say they are - this is what it says it is and worth the money.I know a lot of people talk about the vitamin taste. I don’t think it is that awful. I leave this under my tongue for 30 to 45 seconds and then just chase it with water. Or you can chase it with a flavored drink. The taste goes away for me.

Ok, flavor not the greatest but works great! This gives me more energy than I've had in awhile. I just wish they'd put it in a no drip bottle. This pump leaks product which is expensive.

The taste of this stuff is not good. However, I’m using in conjunction with D3 liquid and Magnesium Sulfate to help wean myself off of energy drinks. I noticed an increase of sustained energy without a crash.

This B absorbs great as pills were not always working to help my levels! I’m very impressed

It’s been only one week since using this and my energy and focus is definitely up. It’s not this overwhelming feeling it’s just I’m noticing I’m getting more things done. Not really thinking too much into things, just doing them. And I used to sleep up to 10 hours. I’ve been going to bed at 10 and last 4 days I’m up at 6-630 ready to go. Can’t sleep just ready to get up and get going. It’s actually crazy. Try and get past the taste! I have a chaser ready to go, the benefits I think could be worth it.

I have been using the vitamin D from this same company in the same format for several months and it has a pleasant citrus taste. I decided to try this one but the aftertaste is so bad that I am going to have to throw it away. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews from others that had the same complaint. There should be no reason why they can't make it more like the vitamin D.
