I'm 4'11" and the length is perfect! I am size M but I bought size L just in case it comes in smaller size. But it's just perfect. Not too sexy and not too cheap. Not too short and not too long. Just perfect for all age Christmas gatherings! Just make sure you wear shorts or something in case you decide to bend over (if you're using knee high socks). Love it! Quality of the garment is perfect! It came in with red & white knee-high stocking. Okay... I've said "perfect" many times now, so I guess you know what I mean lol.
