This was a great deal on this and I didn't have to leave my house for it! I am not a health nut by any means but I have been enjoying almond milk for its low calories, high nutrients and pretty decent taste for what you get! It's only 30 calories per 8 oz serving which is super low when you are counting calories or need some milk for your coffee that's lower in calories than creamer that is loaded with chemicals or sugar!! Great value!!!
