Worked for my Acura TL 04.
Used these adapters to mount 6.5" speakers in the front doors of my Acura TL 04. Didn't want to have to cut any parts of the door, holes lined-up like a champ. You just need to buy the screws to mount them.Good quality, good price.

Not an exact fit
We used these on a 2004 Honda civic. You will have to do some minor "fitment" adjustments to make them work, but they will, with patience.

Does not fit 2001 Civic EX coupe
On a 2001 Civic EX 2-door coupe, the original front door speakers stick out 1" from the metal door panel and go right up against a foam trim on a plastic ring on the interior door panel. The adapters are 1" thick but then you're putting your new speaker flange thickness on top of that, so a properly sized adapter would be about 3/4" thick. So I got a speaker installed and then couldn't get the interior door panel clipped back in. I started trying to modify them in my shop but gave up and made custom adapters from 3/4" MDF. It's my fault for hacking them up so I can't return them. You do have to drill to attach to the door, self-drilling #8 sheet metal screws worked well. Nobody makes an adapter that clips in like the original speaker as far as I know.
