Alpaca Fingerless Gloves Lightweight Cableknit Fair Trade Bolivia 100% Alpaca - Blue

I purchased these gloves in Denim Blue (great color) a couple of months ago and only just started wearing them the last few weeks (damn that global warming!).These gloves are great! They are beautifully crafted, comfortable and NOT itchy. The knitting is smooth and soft, not chunky like other knitted gloves. The scalloped cuffs and the cable knit on the center back of each hand are nice details.They keep my hands warm without making them sweat. And they look great with both casual clothing as well as dressier outfits.Fair Trade Republica seems to be a very good vendor. I exchanged the first pair of gloves I received (one hand was a little tighter than the other hand) and customer service was fantastic. I asked for a pre-paid return label (mom always said it doesn't hurt to ask) and they were very accommodating and quick to respond to my emails.I love these gloves AND the vendor.

These were a great gift for my wife. I like that they are Fair Trade (I'm always skeptical so I hope it is true!)These are not very substantial...they are just thin, but they're pretty, and they seem well-made...they're just not for avoiding frostbite in the Alps, or anything. They are perfect for my wife to wear, at her job, at ate computer keyboard taking notes during a meeting when it's 100 F outside and they have the AC cranked down into the 60s, indoors!

These gloves were nice but as it turned out, not really what I wanted. I want some soft feminine gloves like the ladies wore in the old movies. Cant seem to find any.

These are wonderful. I now have three pairs. I love them - they're classy with the crocheted clam-shell trim. The price is right. I plan to buy some for gifts.
