I use this fructose powder along with maltodextrin and electrolyte tablets to make my own sports drink. Works great! I like that this powder comes in a resealable bag, since it takes up less space in our pantry, especially compared to the giant tub of maltodextrin I have alongside of the fructose. The fructose powder does get a tad clumsy, but I believe that is just the nature of fructose and not a fault of the manufacturer.

I purchased this because my doctor warned me about eating alot of cane sugar. I really like sweetened ice tea, but the artificial sweeteners have a strange taste for me. I now use fructose to sweeten my iced tea and noticed that it does not spike my blood sugar level.

My daughter is sucrose intolerant and this is an approved substitute. My only 'complaint' is it is a little gritty. I wish it had a little more sugar consistency, although it does dissolve. Overall, I am very happy.

Before, I always bought the granulated fructose by Now foods or Estes. Of course, I could have powdered some with the spice grinder blade of my Nutribullet but just never thought if it. I like it. It dissolves easy in cold things and is easy to measure. The picture on the bag suggests that pastry chefs use it instead of regular powdered sugar for certain applications but I personally use it for a 40-30-30 lifestyle. It replaces table sugar in my diet as a lower glycemic option.
