Don’t hate me for pointing this out, but I have never had a sweet tooth. Following a Keto Diet has always been easy for me because I’ve never struggled with giving up sweets. I received a pack of these cookies in my KetoKrate subscription box and decided to give them a taste because why waste them? I was blown away!!I’ve tasted other Keto cookies and have never been impressed or inspired to purchase them, but these cookies, I swear I was looking them up on Amazon before I even finished the package. Again let me remind you, I have never been a sweets fan or likely to purchase cookies; but I will be purchasing these cookies indefinitely!!The ginger flavor is outrageously deep and delicious, and the texture is soft and chewy while being just crisp enough on the outside. Nothing like the stale gingerbread hockey puck cookies I remember as a kid. There’s a slight cooling sensation from the eurythitol; but I actually enjoy that. It’s very mellow but if you’re not a fan of eurythitol you should know.My only disappointment with these cookies is that they’re a limited edition seasonal flavor. I want them all year round!!! Please buy these cookies and enjoy them as much as me!!! I’m hoping the company will get enough orders that they may be inspired to begin releasing them year round. Fingers crossed.

I have been a diabetic for over 16 years, and about 7 months ago I began KETO. The diet has changed my life, however, I have craved desserts and my sweet tooth has been insatiable throughout my dieting journey.Finding NUI has been an amazing experience. These Peanut Butter Cookies taste amazing to me. Yes, they are "frail", in that they are very delicate and can break easily. But my package was handled with care and my cookies arrived without them being smashed to smitherines (but, to be honest, even if they were smashed to smitherines, I would have found a way to eat them). If you have a sweet tooth but are watching your carbs THIS IS IT.Yes, it is on the expensive side. Spending $27 for 16 cookies is ridiculous. Especially when you can roll-up to Walmart and get a package of unhealthy Oreos for $4. But this is the country we live in, when a cheeseburger is $1 and a Salad is $7.But if your watching your weight, or need these cookies to become and remain healthy, then for me, they are worth it!

Honestly, I was nervous about buying these. They felt a bit pricey for something that might not be good. Some low carb foods can be really strong with the artificial flavor & sweetener, which ruins it for me. But these are great! They have a real peanut butter taste, they’re crunchy, the texture is good. And the best part is...you really don’t have to feel guilty about eating both cookies because they’re so low carb. However, I find that after 1 cookie I’m totally satisfied...and that’s surprising for me because my sweet tooth is outrageous. Definitely buying again and excited to try snickerdoodle next!

I've ordered both the PB cookies and the Snickerdoodle cookies twice and I'v never had a problem with the cookies arriving broken. Granted, if I manhandle the cookies they will break; nut the shipping hasn't been an issue for me so far.The taste is great. I've let others try these without saying anything and everyone has said how good they taste and are blown away when I tell them they're keto friendly.I would definitely recommend these to anyone!

These were surprisingly good! I have ordered these cookies in a different flavor before they changed their name to Nui from Keto Kookie. This cookie was better than the last one I tried. It tasted more like a "regular" cookie and I did not notice the slight "cooling" effect of the Erythritol hardly at all, which I had noticed with the Double Chocolate cookie I had ordered last time. Will reorder!

These are very delicious Keto approved cookies. Are these as good as Sugar Cookies? No they are nothing like sugar cookies in taste or consistency. If your all about the macros then eat and enjoy. If your worried these will crumble away then your in the wrong cookie jar my friend.

These are a great sweet treat when I’m eating Keto. Makes following a keto diet so much easier and I don’t feel deprived. Also I especially LOVE the flavor because it doesn’t taste coconut-ty, I’m not a big fan of coconut. The other flavors let the coconut come thru a lot more

These are delicious, with great cinnamon flavor and a great texture especially for a keto cookie. This is our favorite flavor so far, but we are still in the process of trying them all! This recipe really hits the mark for flavor, texture and richness.
