Definitely does its job. I'm 5'4 and 220lbs i got the xl and it fit nicely it wasn't too tight.

My sauna suit fit as expected for the size xl. I was a bit concerned at first because I have big boobs and I was afraid that it wouldn't zip or I'd bust the zipper. Had I gotten a size larger the fit would have been a little big but it zipped over my boobs with ease and no sign of bursting out. The Velcro at snap/strap at the neckline is very strong. The suit overall is of great quality and construction, combined with my Abolene and a garbage bag underneath my suit made me sweat like never before. I stopped at the gas station after leaving the gym and I could feel the sweat rolling down the back of my leg.. Gross right? lol But, hey that's why I purchased it! The ONLY downside that I have is that it is very hard to get off post workout because it conforms to your body like skin and it's just stuck on by sweat. You'll get it off though, you'll just have to find your way to get it off as i did. It's not that bad. Oh yea, one more "downside" It smells like brand new sneakers. That will all go away after a couple of washes. I do not hand wash mine, I wash it in the washer on the knit/delicate cycle and then hand it to dry.

I was eagerly anticipating receiving my suit which I ordered in a large. As soon as it came, I ripped the wrapping, put it on and headed to the gym. During the workout the suit was moveable, I never felt extremely hot in it and I could literally feel the sweat beneath it. What’s even better is when I took it off all 184 lbs of me (I’m now 180) looked sculpted and my undies were drenched! I feel motivated and confident to workout because I know that my body is being snuggled secured and whether its simply walking, 30 minutes on the elliptical or 55 minutes of Barre Pilates this suit will maximize my results.

This is the best workout suit EVER. Super comfy and makes you sweat. I think I'm gonna buy 2 more. I am 5'6, 240 and I bought an XL. Fits perfectly.

Chiiiiiii as soon as I opened the box pulled out the suit it had some type of impression as tho someone had tried it on before i did. Ok so once i tried it on ready to zip it up, the zipper just came off. Smh... It fit me but the zipper just came off so early I'm like i don't even want this product i don't even want another one from them because if this zipper was so easy to come off this will happen again. The zipper is just cheaply made such a shame because the suit itself seems to be decent. I'm just going to order from a different seller.

The sauna suit fit me perfectly and helped me to sweat a lot. Also, I put on the sweet sweat workout enhancer with the suit for maximum benefits while attending spin classes. It does seem a little bigger on me now and I don't know if it's because I am losing weight (hopes for that reasoning lol) or because of the amount of wears because I hand wash the suit. I think you may be able to put it in the washer and maybe that will bring it back to original size, I have to try it. Other than that everything is great and I love it, it's super comfortable under my workout clothes, I almost feel like just wearing it solely to workout without clothes. Also, it's perfect because I don't need to wear a bra with the suit because it's snug; which helps with extra comfortability.

Not only is the sizing chart off, but the zippers are crap. Before I ordered I looked at the size chart and other people’s reviews. I ended up ordering a Large. When I got it, it was snug, but I thought that maybe it was supposed to be tight. Plus I figured when I lost a few pounds it would be ok. The third day I wore it the zipper popped out at the bottom. I ordered a replacement because I thought maybe the zipper was defective on it. When I got the new one, I couldn’t even get it up over my thighs. There was no way it was the same size, even though the label said L. I went to take it off, and the zipper popped out of this one as well. I was purposely being careful, and wasn’t even struggling, but it still popped out. My husband decided to see if he could fix the zipper on the first one. He got the zipper back in and I was able to use it three more times before the zipper busted open again, but this time in the middle. When I tried to bring the zipper down it got stuck half way down where it had popped open and my husband had to break it just so I could get out of it. The whole point of these suits is to be able to work out in them, but the zippers aren’t durable enough to do so.

I really like this product!!! I am 5'1 169lbs and I ordered a size large. It fit just perfect so I will try out for 90 days and probably will order a size medium. My employment is physical so I look forward to fast changes. Also should drink plenty of water to burn off toxins and water fat.

fits like a glove and makes you sweat A LOT, feels great when you take it off after a good workout.
