Bradford KnivesD03 Guardian3 EDC Coyote Brown

I’ve had my eye on this particular knife for a couple years now and finally pulled the trigger on it. I’ve been various pocket folders for years now and just wanted to try a small fixed blade for edc and see how I like it. This knife is every bit as great as I thought it would be, happy to say. The checkered textured G10 handles are slightly thicker than I would prefer but honestly it’s such a minor thing that I don’t consider it a negative at all. In fact most people will probably think it’s perfect. This knife has a nice solid feel in the hand, is nicely balanced, and has a very attractive blade profile in my humble opinion. I’ve used it for about a week now at work and for everything I use my Benchmade for and it’s perfectly interchangeable and a good amount of more fun to use than my Mini Bugout. I can’t wait to use this knife for camping purposes and put it through its paces. I think just about the only negative that I can confirm according to other reviewers is that this knife may not be ideal for users with big hands as some people report the corner of the blade’s cutting edge has cut their hands. I do not have this problem as I have small hands and it fits mine perfectly, however I can see that people with big hands may not find this a suitable small fixed blade option. Otherwise, for me, this is a great small fixed blade knife and I like it very much out of the gate. Will update this review as I get more use out of it.

Very great quality. I have been looking at this knofe for a long time and found it cheaper on amazon. Although it is n690, the steel is still good enough for most tasks and way easier to sharpen than m390. The handle has no complaints from me it is well done and I added paracord for a better pull out of the sheath. Also came hair shaving sharp. I mean shaving sharp. The edge will hold with stropping. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the sheath. The sheath is well, terrible imo. I really like leather but it isn't good at all. Too ridgid and the knife always cuts it when you draw the knife out. I'm buying a new kydex sheath which should solve that problem. Hope this helps.

I was looking for an edc blade that wasn't huge but could also handle bigger tasks if need be. The Guardian 3 was the answer. I've had this knife for about 4 months now and I love it just as much as the day I bought it. The N690 steel keeps an edge quite well and I've yet to sharpen it. I've only had to strop it from time to time and it gets right back to hair shaving sharp. When I got the knife, the edge on it was the best I've seen from a knife. I literally shaved my arm hairs with it right out of the box. Great knife! I purchased a kydex sheath from Bradford's website and it fit the knife perfectly. There was nothing wrong with the leather sheath it came with, I just prefer kydex. The only con I can come with isn't really a con. The handle is kind of small so people with large hands might not find it too comfortable. Medium to small hands, it will fit your hands perfectly. Buy this knife, you won't regret it.

Its smaller than expected. Especially the handle. The sheath is nice as well. I use this as an edc knife in my sling. Came very sharp and holds a really well edge.

Super cool . Going to buy more knives from Bradford knives. Benchmade quality at Buck prices.
