How to use: 1.Inject the required liquid into the empty bottle. 2. Press the pump head and expelthe air, the bottom vacuum plug will rise automatically. 3. When used up, thevacuum plug will rise to the top. 4. When reusing, the vacuum plug must bepushed to the bottom with little stick. Note: Fill the supplement until touchthe nozzle. If not, press the pump head and expel the air until the supplementcontacts the nozzle. Note: Push the vacuum plug to the bottom before filling. It is recommended to fillthe bottle. If it is not filled, press the pump head to expel the air insidethe bottle. The vacuum plug will gradually rise until the air is exhausted, andthe supplement and tube are filled. It can be used after contact with themouth.

the product doesn't come out of the bottles unless the bottom part is pushed up to the very top touching the little spout.
