Incorrect installation instructions.
I was disappointed to find an error in the instructions, one that,I consider serious. The distance given to drill a holes in the wall is incorrect. When I contacted the help line to report this I was told to return the item to Amazon if unhappy as they sold it to me. When I explained I was reporting an error in the instructions I was told that it was correct on their computer. This was unhelpful, dismissive and irresponsible. I just wanted them to be aware and correct an error that will affect all purchasers.

Looks OK
Arrived early by about 4 days but Hermes left it outside my work address front door in a city street! Only found out it was there when a colleague went out & literally walked in to it. Cardboard packaging is poor & both ends of the plastic sheet have damage but luckily it will be hidden by the aluminium trims. The measurements given on the instructions for drilling the holes are WAY out in both directions. I've assembled it, which is a bit fiddly, but not fitted it on the wall yet but it looks as expected & should be ok to fit but I'll be making my own measurements!

easy to understand instructions
At last , easy to understand instructions, clear installation method and a list of tools required. No problems in fitting product, really pleased at results .

Cheap and tacky
Had expected the side pieces to be some sort of metal that just plastic and it looks very cheap must’ve cost all of £2 to make

Not great
Hoped it would look more like the picture its pretty cheap looking and the gray looks more like blue in the day light. Dints in the alloy strips also polycarbonate had faults running through it, my bet is its made in China? But no country of origin and where to be seen.
