Good funny movie

The box and the ad claim there are seven Bandit movies, sorry the first one is not included, the first disc only features the second movie the first is not included, shame on Universal, typically the first of any series of movies is the best, think Dirty Harry or Indiana Jones. Not as advertised. Gee Universal didn't you make enough with Jaws and the two Eastwood bare knuckle movies to do better than this?

Great movies

The first Smokey and the Bandit is a classic!The second one adds Dom Deluise, and elephant and a third act that inspired the third act of Iron Man 3.The third one is completely bananas. Completely ridiculous. And fun!Then we get to the Action Pack movies. This was a syndicated Saturday Afternoon movies series featuring Hercules, Vanishing Son, Knight Rider, Tek War, Midnight Run and more, that spawned several TV shows like Hercules The Legendary Journeys, Xena, Tek War, and Vanishing Son.First off dude doesn't have a mustache. And if the director of these 4 movies wasn't the same director from the first two, you would think that the makers of these movies didn't understand the originals.Bandit Goes Country is bad. Really bad. They assemble the elements, a girl, cargo that needs to be at a place by a time, a guy to drive the fast car and a guy to drive the truck, and then they go to a family reunion instead, and spend the whole movie there. This one does feature Mel Tillis and Charles Nelson Reilly, so it could be worse. Elizabeth Berkley doesn't get the opportunity to add much. Tyler Mane is okay.This series improves with each new movie. They get more fun and flirt with the idea of adventure. Kathy Ireland and Traci Lords are not bad, in context.The only problem with this set is that they are DVD and not Blu Ray. Pick one up if you are curious how crazy these all are.

We like first one over the 2nd and 3rd movie, Burt Reynolds will always be in my heart forever. Great movie!!

I liked every DVD in this set.....I was unfamiliar with several of them but they were entertaining. If you want to sit back and enjoy yourself, these movies will make you smile!

from my expectation I would of liked a comedy option for the last 4 movies, sad to say the direct to idiot movies might aswell been called something else because they didn't really capture what the original smokie and the bandit was..it is pretty hard to replace burt and crew for the most part..it is only worth 3 stars because you have the 1st 3 movies it would 5 if it had been a 3 movie packdon't get they are okay movies though no comedic timing makes them fall flat on their arses
