Really good quality. Really easy to put together without the instructions, but the email from the seller containing updated instructions is a nice personal touch. I really like the smoothness of the roller, and relative quietness compared to other bike trainers I've used. The resistance adjuster is nice and robust, and handy to simulate undulating terrain. A welcome addition to my training. Now I can cycle when theres deep snow outside, so I can keep getting fitter all year round. For people who already have a bike, this seems more practical than getting an exercise bike for indoor cycling, coz this can be stored pretty flat up against a wall in the corner of a room when not in use, and it weighs next to nothing.

Really good turbo trainer. I have been using this for about 6 months now and it's not to say that I am lazy and don't want to cycle outdoors but I was forever experiencing punctures. Now I can cycle at home, increase the resistance and get some exercise without sitting on a sidewalk with a repair kit. The unit itself is very easy to setup and the front wheel lift gives a feel of extra stability while you cycle. The unit itself is quite heavy but its not something you would expect to lug around

I bought this for my husbands Christmas present as he wanted one for use inside in the winter months .It arrived very quickly after ordering certainty well before they said it would ! As he knew what he was getting for Christmas I let him open it straight away .seems easy to set up and my husband is very happy with his new toy ! Especially as we have had very bad weather at the moment so he can forget about the weather and exercise indoors .

Excellent experience to date. Trainer arrived very quickly. Easy to set up and was cycling on it within minutes. Fits both my cycles which have differing wheel sizes with minimal adjustment. Am using in garage when weather not suitable for road. Well made unit, folds easily when not on cycles. (Will probably buy slick tyre to cut own on tread noise.)

Bought second hand in good condition worked out what I had to do eventually. Not much difference between settings but I use my bike gears so no problem. Have changed back tyre to a smooth one and noise is greatly reduced.
