Girls Love Big Girls Wool Blend Coat with Faux Fur Trim Hood (7-16)

The jacket is very cute and trendy, but for a pea coat style jacket, it is REALLY thin. Won't offer much in the way of warmth. My daughter is a regular size 11 year old and is still in size 12 clothing, about to need to move into a 14, so I got the size 14. The jacket is not too tight but is a little snug around the waist. The arms are way too short for her as well. I probably would not order from this brand again, but if you do, definitely order up a size, two sizes if your child is on the verge of moving up a size.

This coat was purchased for my daughter, who would normally wear a size 8. Based on prior reviews I ordered her the 10-12 size to make sure it was large enough. The sleeves are just slightly too long but it fits her well. I would prefer the coat itself to be a little longer but overall it works and she loves it. Just make sure you order the next size up if you want it to fit.

This coat exceeded my expectations. The price is reasonable. The coat looks beautiful. The buttons are gorgeous. They are a bit loose and might need some extra sewing to hold them.It seems to be reasonably well made. There are a few strings that need trimming on the bottom hem. The lining is two different colors, which is strange, but could be on purpose. the faux fur does shed a lot, but since the hood is removable, it doesn't make much difference. I'm really happy with the look and feel of the coat. I wish they had it in bigger sizes! It also came extremely fast!

Looks really good. Only problem was the quality. I bought this jacket and a different one for a donation drive. I pulled it out of the packaging and there were a lot of loose threads. I looked at the buttons and bloop, one fell off. All of them were loose as well. The lady heading up the donation drive was nice enough to sew the button back on as well as the other loose ones. Not really something anyone should have to do for a new coat! My wife and my female coworkers really liked the jacket though, despite the poor sewing job.

The quality of this coat seems fine. It is pretty. However, I have to return it because it runs small. I purchased a size 14-16 so that my size 12-14 daughter could fit it over a sweater. However, the coat was too tight over a thin t-shirt.

After reading other reviews, I bought larger and very happy I did! Fits nice, but sized small. Definitely order at least a size bigger than you need.

Very cute and fits pefect. She normally is a size 6 so we got 7/8 and fits great.

Beautiful coat worth the price my daughter is 7 and curvy and I got a 7-8 and it fit it will only fit for this yr but it did fit I don't think it could fit a super thick sweater under but for $20 totally worth it
