I have crazy combination skin that can get problematic for any little thing. Dry patches, Oily patches, Acne...omg the acne! I've tried so many products over the years and now that I am 30, I have finally gotten the perfect skin care routine down and this product is the FIRST & MOST IMPORTANT STEP! This is the 4th time I am ordering this face wash. It evens my skin tone andy skin texture, tightens my pores, and my acne reduces by 50% within 24 hours and the fine line I have on my forehead has reduced by like 70%. It's crazy!What I must mention is that it's very potent so a little goes a long way and it will last a while. Even though I think toner, serum, and essences are essential, you can skip those steps just by using this face wash. BUT I do suggest you have an awesome moiturizer ready when you purchase this. The first few times you use it, you will notice an amazing change, but your face MAY shed some dead skin like mine did. So the moisturizer is beyond important to apply after you wash the first few times to help your skin adjust. But once you get to that 4th day, you will be absolutely amazed at what you see. I still add my face serum and moisturizer after because it is a part of my 5 step routine and my skin isn't as young as it used to be. Im turning 31 next week Ahhhh! But no matter your age or what skin issues you have, or even what your routine is, this face wash is the PERFECT first step to clean, smooth, flawless skin. I don't think I'll ever use another face wash again. Im not getting paid for this, I never got a free sample in exchange for a review, I just really love this stuff. Just try it, it's only $20 bucks, they occasionally lower the price too. You have nothing to lose, and if you don't like it.....then send it to me lmfao.

I like the scent, it's pleasant. I don't like that they do not disclose the full ingredient list or at least be a little more specific (the company said they will list ingredients on upcoming labels). I'd like to know that this contains REAL black soap. The product is runny and less sudsy than most, but that's OK with me since it usually means it's more gentle...I did, however, feel tightness afterwards just like any other cleanser I've ever used. This one does not escape that attribute.I am also suspicious of all the perfect reviews. At the time of writing (1/25/15) out of 8 perfect reviewers: 2 of them have this product as their only review; 2 only have reviewed this product, along with another from the same company, "Vagitone" (perfect reviews); and 2 reviewed both of those products plus one or two others (all perfect as well). Questionable, but either way it seems like a good, natural product worth trying. I will not purchase again, however, I have not found a soap/cleanser that I would continually buy- so take it how you will.Edit 2/9/14-Customer support contacted me after the initial review and I have subsequently edited my review to reflect that. So I HAD to write this review! I purchased this without thinking too much of it, I am transitioning to using natural skin care products, as my skin is my baby! I started using this when I came back from South Carolina, I had a few dark spots from sun damage, and some from me not being able to keep my hands off my face :( Chileeeeee when I tell you this product is gold! I cannot stress how bomb it is, you just have to see for yourself. My dark spots are literally almost invisible, and my brown skin has a glow and radiance that no product has EVER given me. A girl complimented me on my makeup the other day.... but I wasn't wearing any! My mom was staring at me so hard I thought my skin was falling off, but she told me she was admiring my complexion. I love my caramel complexion, and honestly this product has seemed to give me brand new skin, it leaves my skin baby soft, plump, bright, and a radiance like you get when your in love. Well I am in love... with this product! Better than any drug store and even high end cleansers, I tell you no lie!

When I got pregnant, I went searching for a healthy, face wash that wasn't full of chemicals. I tried many products and found 2 that I liked. The other one was discontinued, but this one I have reordered multiple times. It leaves my combination skin (oily and dry patches) smooth, soft and radiant. My complexion went from acne ridden and oily (before pregnancy) to peachy, radiant and smooth. I have never felt so comfortable in my own skin. If I forget to pack this for a trip (just 2 days) my skin starts reverting and I get acne popping up, but a couple days of this clarifying wash fixes me right up. I would recommend this product to anyone still looking for the right face wash that isn't going to break the bank and still give you great results. Only thing I wish to see improved is a full ingredient list. I can feel the difference, but it would make me more comfortable to see what I am letting my skin absorb.

This is the only face wash i have ever purchased more than once! I've tried several different brands and types of facial wash, at all different prices, and have never been impressed enough to repurchase; until I found this one.I have combination skin, and this formula is perfect for both my dry patches and oily ones. It manages to deep clean without striping your face. The first time I used it I was surprised to see that the claim of "Instant and Visible Results" was true. My husband immediately asked what I did differently to my face. When I told him about the soap he decided to try it too. Keep in mind my husband is by no means even slightly metosexual. His "beauty routine" consist of showering and using shampoo for everything; the idea of a soap specifically for your face was a foreign idea. Now, my only complaint is that I have to share!I'm not one to ever recommend a product, but this one is so good, I've recommended this one to everyone!
