Love this easy to use dongle - got one for a friend too!
I ordered one of these for myself and used the free sim card that came with the product. All is going very well and I have had no issues whatsover. I am traveling abroad soon and will try it with a different sim for that area. I also ordered one for my friend. So this one is for my friend who is traveling abroad soon as well. Will leave more feedback after using an international sim card. so watch this space...

Waste of money
The battery doesn't last that long and the Wi-Fi signal might be good when you're near it but but you can't receive 40 signal from the Towers so well don't buy this product it is a waste of your moneyAnd if you have a three SIM it's not your SIM it's the device I tried it in a modern phone and I was getting faster speeds then I was from this device

Great if you want internet while on the go.
I had 2 of these branded with a network, but they both decided to stop working when I changed provider (not locked so do not know what went wrong), so I bought this one. Worked straight out of the box and is very reliable for use as my only internet connection at home (no fixed connection available). My only complaint is that even though plugged in all the time it sporadically decides the battery needs charging, and takes ages - but still works throughout so not a problem.I have TV, laptop, phone, tablet and Echo Dot all connected to it and easy to set up.

Works well and stable . Easy to install.
*First impression I just got the modem the other day and it was an easy fix. Moreover the seller even sent me a 30gb SMARTY simcard, which I immediately upgraded to unlimited for £20 pcm. My connection is much better than the mobile 4G, which these days can barely open an app.Since I live close to the sea, I'm only getting a couple of MB dwd, but it's enough to work from home, until I get fiber installed.Very satisfied with the product and quick delivery service.**3day-use update: Suddenly the router starts to turn off every now and then. Now I`m not sure what the reason is, but I`ll give it the benefit of the doubt, and believe it`s because of the ISP...for now.

Going Back If I cant Sort
I am very used to mifi's and I have had Huawei before - this however is currently pants and if I cant get on the network tomorrow it will be going back! Keeps asking for a WAP2 personal password and device password not working. Says it support up to 6 devices, at the moment it isn't supporting one - never had this trouble with mini's before.P.S it would appear that what we call a password isn't a password try the wifi key instead of password. At least I am on line and now have x2 devices connected.

Not really fast
I was expecting a solid and fast modem, however, this one is not always stable and the connection speed is half of what I get from my phone. I tested in the same conditions same network same sim, used my Samsung s10 as hot spot and I can get 60mbit download speed. however, when I switch the sim card to this MiFi device max I can get is 22 mbit . Also does not work well with my VPN ... battery does not last long.
