I wasn't sure about buying this. It is much smaller than I was anticipating. But it works great. I was a little messy at first getting used to it. After a couple days it was easier. My teeth feel better and my gums do too. All the different heads give me the options to find the ones I like to use best.

Having used a Waterpik for years, I opted for this as a replacement for my old one (~60% of the cost of a similar Waterpik) Functionally, it does the job. Pro: the jet power is impressive, and it came with a variety of tips. Con: it uses a wall-wart power supply, the power switch is finicky, it is made of light materials, and the lid falls off rather easily-- nothing that prevents it from cleaning teeth, just not a "tank" like the old WP was. Will see how it holds up.

Dentist told me to use electric tooth brush and an water flosser. I though that I was getting a name brand water pick. So far this works well. You have to be sure you push the water tank all the way down so it lets the water flow thru.

I first reviewed this product back in Dec. after I had returned it to Amazon due to "issues". I was contacted by the seller who provided great customer service & offered to replace the product. I am thrilled with the new flosser & find it to be as advertised. I highly recommend this product.

So I had tried it and it leaked and was totally useless and the company sent me another one and offered to answer any questions. So, of course, I tried it again.Not bad! Works better, doesn't leak.Does a great job!Customer service is great! they really care to make it right for you.

So I got one a few years ago and it worked great, but due to changing living arrangements it now lives at my ex-boyfriends house. So I ordered a new one but it didn't work. There was just a little water coming out of the the water pik. I made sure the water container snapped in and attached it firmly.

I've had many Water Pics, and this works just as well at a much lower price.

Very noisy but it works great
