Origami Animal Friends: Fold 35 of your favorite dogs, cats, rabbits, and more Paperback – March 14, 2017

This is the second book we bought from this series, and the easy to read instructions, photos and diagrams make this the perfect intro to Origami. I learned quite easily and have given this as gifts to 6 years and up, and they all were able to start with the easiest level (clearly marked with one, two or three dots to indicate difficulty) and work their way to more complicated folds at their own pace. The paper is quality with adorable patterns on it for great finished results! I put a cute origami animal on gifts as part of the wrapping now :)

A great origami book for bigger kids, maybe 8 or 9 +. Cute animals and easy folding. Some instructions are a bit challenging to understand for a kid, but not hard for any adult with basic origami concepts. Well designed. Good price.

Super cute book that comes with animal-print paper. However not so ideal for someone who has never done origami before or just started to do origami. Some of the instructions are difficult to follow, even for an adult! They are even more difficult to follow when using paper that is different from the one that comes with the book as the provided paper has dotted lines that will help you to know where to fold.

I bought this for my 11 year old granddaughter and she loves it. She dug right in making animals. I am really pleased with this book.

My granddaughter is a craft person and she loves this especially the animal instructions.

I really enjoy this book, and I especially love the unique paper. The ONLY thing I don't like (and it's minor to me) it that I prefer traditional origami instructions (i.e. inside/outside reverse folds, waterbomb bases, etc) That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise, it's cute and fun. Folders of all ages will enjoy it... especially kids!!

Bought this as a present for my father who spends time in restaurants casually turning the napkins into pigeons if left to his own devices. He was briefly sceptical at the pink and childish cover, but a flick-through brought a big smile, and he has been working his way through the cats and dogs. There is now a small zoo clustering around his computer and on top of his stereo system - apparently they have drawn some good comments from visiting guests!He said the instructions are easy to follow - nicely complex without being complicated.

Quite a few cute designs but the instructions are quite poorly written in places, making it at times very difficult to follow even for grown ups.

This is awesome! I got it to make a present for my husband. He loves it. Was easy to understand and follow the instructions for the folding. Great papers for the animal. Love it!
