Great gloves and excellent customer service
The gloves are excellent. My hands tend to get cold whenever I go skiing, especially my fingers. The gloves kept my hands warm, even the fingers. The batteries last a long time. I had it on high at first and later lowered the setting. The battery lasted the whole day for me. There was only one hiccup, and that was the glove came with a minor defect. One of the stiches on the seam of the inside of one glove was ripped. This caused a small hole inside. I contacted customer support team from Savior Heat and they did an excellent job of resolving my issue. They replied promptly and handled the issue to my satisfaction within a day.

Worth every penny
Very pleased with the gloves. They don't get burning hot but standing on a hilltop at 17 degrees with 19 mph winds my hands were warm for the 45 minutes the ceremony I was attending lasted. My daily walks have been much more pleasurable with these gloves. My fingers have been frost bitten many times over the years and even mittens don't keep them warm. I used Widder electric gloves on the motorcycle since they came out in the 80's. These are as good without all the wires and can be used anyplace. Mine are the goat skin leather and very nice.

Real world blizzard tested
-10 degree days. 35 to 40 below wind chills. I ended up getting these in time to use them when needed...when the cold is beyond unbearable. Winter storm turned into a blizzard and im using a charged up pair of these new gloves I gifted myself for Christmas. These gloves do offer heat and they can get comfortable on the highest setting. However, you run into an issue with battery life and getting to a point where if you go beyond the 3hr window on max setting the batteries need charging and the gloves will only stay heating on a level lower (the button on the gloves will begin to blink). So if you plan to use them daily, you will need to make sure you charge them daily to keep the max setting available to you when you need them in bitter cold. This may be a problem if you have a job out in the elements that is 5 to 6hrs or more. You will need to buy a backup set of batteries to keep the gloves running at its best setting (which is the only option here with how bad the cold is here). I fail to understand the 3 level system on these gloves when in reality the "lowest setting" really is useless and instead should be "high/low." Also, make your expectations realistic when the cold is artic...the gloves will keep your hands from freezing but the area around the pinky and outter palm is in need of more heating element/material. The rest of your hand feels fine when the cold hits except the area I mentioned. The battery needs to be bigger to hold more power. I havent been able to return home since the weather got bad and the roads are impossible to drive. im in a hotel unable to access the charger for these gloves and I am on day three running on the second highest setting since my batteries are running down. Im not frostbitten but it would be nice if these gloves had a little more longevity on a single charge. The gloves are a bit on the bulky side but most winter gloves are that are used in the extreme conditions. The pricepoint can be hard to justify given that for my useage I would need to add nearly 50 more dollars to have the back up batteries ready in the wings to keep the warmth going for extended periods of time. If you addressed the battery life and took the steps to add more heating element/material to the pinky/side of the hands inside the glove to make the gloves more warm, there really wouldnt be much else I could knock them for. They would be a worthy investment.

A Well-Made Heated Glove that Works!
I am 74 and have heated handgrips on my snowblower, which still leaves me with cold, arthritic hands. What a joy to spend over 2 hours at 19 degrees (F) and have my hands warm and dry, with the gloves set on medium. After that time, the gloves had formed to the curve of the handgrips, very flexible to operate the clutches on the snowblower. They run true to size (Medium for me). Functionally, the loops they provide to temporarily remove a glove (turn the choke) and not have to set them down is great. Charging was pretty much plug and play. I no longer dread getting cold hand and wish I had these many Michigan winters ago! YES, I'd buy them for a friend!

Warm Hands, Excellent Quality, and Outstanding Customer Service!
I recently purchased the SAVIOR HEAT Heated Gloves, and I am beyond impressed with their performance and quality. These gloves are warm, comfortable, and well-made, offering excellent protection against cold weather. The material gives them a premium feel, while the waterproof layer ensures my hands stay dry even in wet conditions. The heating elements cover the entire hand, including the fingers, which is a game-changer compared to other heated gloves I have tried. The adjustable temperature settings make it easy to find the perfect level of warmth, and the rechargeable batteries last for hours on a full charge. Additionally, the touchscreen functionality works great, allowing me to use my phone without taking the gloves off. I had a minor issue with one of the batteries, but I must say that SAVIOR HEAT’s customer service is exceptional. They responded immediately and resolved the issue without any hassle. If you are looking for high-quality heated gloves for outdoor activities like skiing, cycling, or even just walking your dog in the winter, I highly recommend these! They are worth every penny and backed by a company that truly cares about its customers.

Great, until they weren't... and customer service is not responding
Let me first say, I don't often leave a review. In this case I feel the need too. When reading the initial reviews it was clear that a handful, but not most had some issues with the heating elements after a while. My initial experience during February-April of 2025 after buying them was EXCELLENT. Fast forward to this November and when I broke them out for some cold football games, they weren't working even after a full charge. Did another full charge and they worked a little bit, but no where near after I originally bought them. I've tried contacting customer service 3x now and I have had ZERO response to my messages. I'm okay with products breaking down, it's the world we live in today... but I have no patience for customer service that does not respond.

Keeping your hands warm, no matter what the temperature is outside.
Last weekend we were at Okemo Mountain in Vermont, windchill at the top of the mountain or seven below, these gloves are absolutely amazing, spent the whole day skiing with only half the power setting on medium. If you’re looking for the best gloves to wear in the outdoors and skiing or any other activity, I don’t think you can beat these..

Nice but not for my application
Fit nicely and seem well constructed. They heat well, EXCEPT my hands end up seriously cold after a little while in the windy and cold Michigan weather when shoveling. It might be the glove insulation or my circulation. All in all they're still way nicer than no heat at all. I think I'm going to be looking for something with a better heating system or made for serious cold weather work conditions. For general wearing or cold steering wheel driving these are a good buy indeed and well worth the purchase IMHO! BTW, my wife LOVES hers!
