Trouble with usb
I have to battle with the usb to make this thing work, i've written to the sellers,have not heard back yet, when it does work it works well, when it works!

Dead after a week
Cheap, cheap USB cable. I had to buy a replacement immediately. I actually saw sparks when connecting it to my laptop. Dead after a week. Of course there is no warranty or place to get it replaced. Junk!!! Chinese K-R-A-P

Not very reliable.
Not very durable, the USB cable seems to have damaged my USB ports, and the cable itself seems to have been damaged at the connectors as well. It is because of this that the unit no longer works after a few short months. Even when it did work, the fans did not cool the laptop even at top speed.
