terrible delivery and packageing. all plastic materials are damadged. seat is damadged. headlight is not working properly. battery compartment is damadged. gears not working. overall dispointment and waste of money feeling.

This ebike is very fine and useful. It is also better alternative of petrol bike/scooty . But the seat should be comfortable.

Value for money bike
Definately a good ebike to have. I have been riding this for over an year with no issues whatsoever. Thrice a week 20kms each ride and battery level drops just one point. This uses a throttle so motor is on only when you use the throttle. You can use it as a regular bike and on inclines and stop go situations can use the throttle which in my opinion is better than the always on paddle assist which you have little control on. Steel body weighs 25kgs with battery but while riding you hardly notice and good to have steel body it can be easily welded just in case. Majority of cycle parts are locally available apart from electric components. In short this is a really enjoyable bike and motivates you to go out there and cycle. Ajeet (the founder) is a very helpful person and a joy to deal with!

Very bad
Bought this bike on November 2018, totally regret buying this bike. Everything about this bike is bad from the handling , the shinamo gears are of low quality, brakes wear off in just 3-4 weeks, the steering handle has to be adjusted frequently , the paint start to peel, the tires are slippery and , very dangerous to ride on rainy days.. etc (update on 05/11/2019) After just 1 year usage,The lithium ion battery of this eride lite ebicycle has gone down in capacity from a full charge of 42 volts i.e 100% to 40 volt i.e 80%, it doesn't take full charge anymore. I used this bike sparingly , mostly only on weekends but still the battery has lost more than 20% of its capacity. Atleast it should have lasted 5 years before reduction in capacity but I got a bad deal.
