Anna Veils Chapel Catholic Veil Spanish Lace Mantilla Medium - Virgin Mary

I bought this as a First Communion gift. I had no reason to open the package before that day but, by coincidence, the little girl's mother was visiting and I wanted to show her. Imagine my surprise: the veil is full of holes!! It looks like moths were busy at it! See photo: look around Mary's head and down by her left hand. I am now in a pickle, as the First Communion is in two weeks. I'm desperate enough to order another one right away and hope for the best. Meanwhile, I am trying to get a refund but cannot find a way to avoid having to send this one back. I received it weeks ago and no longer have the packaging, which means I would have to purchase packaging even for the free return. There is no reason to return it: it needs to go in the trash, and the photo shows the holes quite clearly. Anna Veils: if you read this, kindly advise if you will refund my purchase price without the need for me to purchase packaging to return it!
