I'm remodeling my bathroom and fell in love with the industrial pipe towel bars, but I wanted to do it myself. Cheaper and I could make them better with minor additions...lol. Using leftovers for extra shelving and "racks" in my laundry room. Turned out beautiful! That said, if you're going to do this, make sure you have an extra couple of 6-18" "nipples"/threaded bars to assist with tightening to the point of both solid construction and angle. Helps with the necessary torque. I will say, however, planning should be done carefully. All of your wants cannot be fulfilled this way. For example, I PLANNED to create the shelves on top of the towel bars using extra threaded nipple...that does not work, as you get to a point where you cannot thread a pipe to a tee when the pipe is already threaded onto one tee and the other end is needing to be threaded to a tee that is already connected to the rest of your "frame"...lol. It's a learning experience.

These things are cheap and lightweight. Also there is not enough room for a pipe to be inserted to make a leak free connection. If you take a "real" 3/8" fitting and put one of these 1/2" fittings side to side, they are the same size, just a larger hole. Trash. I'll send them back.

These are okay but they are in no way heavy duty. This is lightweight, decorative stuff. Don’t use this at all if you are in theatre or making handrails or other structural items for human safety. But if you want some bookshelves then you’re good to go.

Products arrived on time. The elbows I liked because they’re smaller than standard ones I could get at any local chain hardware store HOWEVER the tees are absolutely useless. The tees ALL seemed to be threaded crooked. So when you put pipe into them, everything comes out extremely crooked! I bought these to make some fun shelving units but ended up having to buy the pricier tees at Home Depot instead.

These were terrible. I usually use parts from the big box store for tables I make but decided this time to save a bit of money by buying these. In the end I had to go to the store to buy my usual parts because these are terrible. They wobble even when the components are fully tightened. They are no where close to straight or square. If you plan on using these for DIY furniture turn away now.

Good pieces , came with one damaged piece but everything else is fine.

Product was terrible and not as advertised. Originally bought product at hardware store but because of price decided to order the remaining items on amazon. Product is NOT to scale and is NOT a quality item at all. The larger elbow is how it should be....the smaller item is what I received. Product not to scale, not usable, and not of any quality.

I did not like the Tees pipe fitting.Attaching 2 nipples does not make a straight line. It shows an angle at the Tee.
