Tire Inflator with Digital Pressure Gauge, 150PSI 12V DC Portable Air Compressor Pump with 3 High Air Flow Nozzles & Adaptors for Cars, Bicycles and Basketballs

I live in Western New York and drive a high gas efficient car. With that said, my tires need to hold 36psi versus the typical 32. During the winter months, the temperature outside can change by 30 degrees within just a couple of hours. The reason I mention this is with higher PSI tires, my check tires light comes on after every significant temperature drop. To correct this requires me to either drag the compressor line out of my car or to stop at a local gas station for their air pump. The last couple times I tried to stop at a station their pump was not functioning. When this item was forwarded to me by a friend, I instantly ordered it! After charging, I went out to the garage and deflated by mountain bike tire and began to refill it. The product page says it can pump up a bike tire 25 times. I wanted to test this, but after 12 times of filling and emptying the tires, I felt it was a good enough test! I then proceeded to go out and fill my car tires. One of my tires was down to 32PSI, so I set the pump to 36PSI. As soon as the tire reached 36PSI the pump automatically shut off. It was able to fill the air difference in about 40 seconds. After filling all of these tires, it is still running at full speed!I have to say that my favorite features would have to be the built-in light and the valve connection. The light provides the perfect amount of light to get connected and the valve is a great screw-on type versus the common lever connection. It makes a fast, quick seal and allows you to perform the entire task with a single hand.I volunteer with many charity bike rides over the summer and am excited to bring this versus my typical bike pump!After a review filled with Pros, my only Con would be the size of the case. It isn't big enough to put it away with the nozzle connected. I'm sure it was a size concern, but it would be nice to be able to toss it back in the bag without removing the nozzle (even though it is crazy easy).Also, the images on the page are a little out of proportion, so I included pictures with measurements. As soon as this review posts, I will add my video review!

Every time I need to put air in my cars' tires, I have to drag out a heavy-duty extension cord and run the cord around the garage to each of our cars' tires to fill them. I also have to sit and babysit the pump to see how much air is going in the tire -- and the gauge is always off by about 5 pounds, too. This new tire pump makes it so easy to fill your tires -- or any other item that needs air, including balloons. With a rechargeable battery in the drill-like-looking pump, I no longer need to drag an extension cord to each tire. The pump's filling hose screws onto the valve stem so there is no chance of it falling off while inflating tires. Also, you set the device for the proper air level you want in your tires and you literally can walk away and it will shut off when your tire is filled! I really like that feature. With the carrying case, it's easy to stow this in your vehicle for trips, too. No need to find pocket change for an air pump at a service station while on the road when you have this tire pump in your trunk. I definitely recommend this tire pump.

MY old tire inflator was powered by a 12V car lighter plug, which is fine for emergency roadside use, but less than ideal when I needed to inflate a bike tire or exercise ball. This cordless model makes non-automotive tasks much easier and more convenient. The batteries seem to last for a long time, too. The many adapters cover every type of tire or sports equipment that I own, which is awesome. My favorite feature, other than the light, is that the standard tire connector is a screw-on type, rather than the usual lever-lock type. Way easier to get on and off without accidentally letting air out while struggling to remove.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This is a great little pump. Does not take up much area in my van. Has a built in flashight When I connected it to tire stem it displayed the current psi. I set it to desired psi pulled the trigger and it cut off when it reached it. Video attached. I have not charged it yet it had enough charge to get my tires up to correct pressure it comes with both car and home chargers

The first pump I received would properly charge as indicating by the charging light on the wall adapter starting as red and turning to green after a couple of hours charging; however, the unit did not turn on. Disappointing as I doubt the unit ever worked correctly - the pump was well packed and no damage was evident on either its packaging or the amazon packaging it arrived in. Should have been a red flag; however, even good products have the occasional failure, so I opted for receiving a replacement. The 2nd unit arrived operational; however, after charging the pump for a couple of hours and attempting to pump up a bike tire to 100 psi, the pump maxed out at 23 psi. I find it difficult to believe the positive reviews or this manufacturer has terrible manufacturing variance in their process. Either way I would strongly encourage customers to avoid. I would also strongly encourage Amazon to investigate this vendors use of review services to inflate this products review score.

Wasn't sure if I had made the right decision or not but after today I'm convinced I did.I looked at a lot of models that were bigger and quit possibly could have had more power but this device met all my expectations. It is extremely easy to use and store and the digital readout takes all the worry out of making sure your tires have the correct pressure.I set the pressure to 40psi and it stops at 40.5. The .5 is what they assume it will lose when you disengage the device.I checked the readout in the car and it was bang on.I had to fill all four of my tires and the unit did get a little warm but not enough to alarm.I also love the fact that if my wife ever needs to fill a tire, she won't have to lug some awkward compressor around. This unit is very light and I only used 1/4 of the battery charge to fill all 4 tires.It's a little more expensive than others but I would but it again in a heart beat.
