Cussity Updated Waterproof USB Rechargeable Headlamp,Ultra Bright 5 LED Headlight with 6 Lighting Mode

Of the 3 that arrived, I could only get 2 to work. The AAA batteries do not fit that well in the battery housing, so I had to add some tape to maintain contact between the batteries and keep them from rattling against the housing wall. So, of the 3, with my tape improvement, only 1 works reliably. Another 1 works intermittently, and the last one I can't get to work at all. I'm disappointed. I doubt this review will be posted as poor reviews are screened out in what should be a crime against the consumer. Class Action anybody?

First I love this thing because the first one worked. It was light and yeah not the most heavy duty thing but it had a good form factor and it was cheap and I didn’t have to worry you know if it got scratched or damaged like an $80 flashlight. Sure you can tell it’s not as good as some of the high priced machine aluminum ones but the light was bright it had a good white color and it worked well. I much prefer the tail switch is in the rotating head type of switch . The problem came when I needed to use the other one and it wouldn’t work. After testing the batteries I put them in the third one and that didn’t work as well. When I took out the lamp heads I realized that the little circuitboard where LED was mounted was permanently glued into the head and it was crooked. That’s why it didn’t work. You can see a picture of the two non-functioning heads.I’m better made flashlights the circuit boards actually come out along with the reflector which allows you to clean them in case dust gets in there and to polish the reflector in the lens. These are permanently glued in and a pretty sloppy job was done of it. I also noticed that the finish rubs off way more easily than other similar products. I wouldn’t mind so much but I can actually make your fingers black . There is no shortage of flashlights on Amazon so pick another brand.

This is a great AAA inexpensive flashlight. It's inexpensive yet well made, casts a decent amount of light, has good battery life and a single mode on/off switch.While it won't light up the back 40 acres for spotlighting deer it DOES put out decent lumens to find your way in the dark, search through your pack or bag for that seasoning kit that you brought for a campsite meal, find your shoes at camp at night, and can even be used for it's intended purpose of medical pupillary response or as an inspection light.Are there lights better built, that cast more lumens, or have cooler features? Sure! But these are easily replaced for a fraction of the cost and use common AAA batteries that can be found practically anywhere.I keep one in each medical kit and in my EDC case as a supplement to my headlamp.

QA could be better but can’t complain too much because of the price. 5 of 6 work perfectly. I got one where the zoom part is very loose and slips and doesn’t stay in place. The zoom glass also portrudes on that one and does not stand straight. The COB is why I bought it and is bright. The other light is nowhere near 600lumens when used with a 14500. Compared to my other flashlights that are only 135lumens this is crap. But COB is nice! I would not buy this again and contemplating on returning it because 1 of 6 is defective.

Just what I wanted and expected. All three items worked. I have no way to judge whether the lumen output is as advertised but they're pretty bright. The only small issue was that the tube is a bit wider than the AAA batteries, such that they rattle around inside; wrapping a bit of scotch tape around the batteries fixed that.

I have bought lots of flashlights (penlights mostly) but I believe this is the brightest one for the size that I've seen.

I could have lived with the slightly cheaper quality, but I ordered these specifically because they claimed to be micro usb chargeable. They ARE NOT CHARGEABLE and do not have usb plugs. Not the product advertised.

I bought this for a a backup light to my primary flashlight. I wanted something small, but it still has to produce usable light. These pen lights fit those requirements. I'm not sure about longevity, but for the price (less than $5 each) it's safe to assume that if they are even half way durable it will be worth the price.I'm very happy with these lights.

Was not expecting much based on the price. I was presently surprised that they are fairly bright.
