A Positive Experience
I love that this uses positive reinforcement to help me form healthy habits and break unhealthy ones. It's so easy to use and effective. After three weeks I already feel more energized and back in control of my body. This is life-changing for me. I'm fortunate enough to be local so I can take advantage of the workout program at Terra Nova Fitness and it actually works for me, which is amazing! I don't know how much money I've wasted on gym memberships that I didn't use but it's too much. Accountability and commitment to a stronger, healthier me is making all the difference. I have medical issues and physical limitations and I'm no spring chicken, for the first time in decades I feel like I can actually get back into the shape I want to be in for the rest of my life. Thank You!

Just another nutrition journal
The layout of this book is not only time consuming but incredibly confusing. The instructions are all over the place and you have to flip back and forth and search for everything. The only thing this really is is just another nutrition journal. It boasts tracking exercise and habits, but it doesn't really give guides other then one "What habit do you want to break this week" each week. For fitness all you do is circle a smiley face if it was good or bad. I really wanted something that paired tracking nutrition with tracking workouts and habits equally. This does not live up to the advertised expectations and is really a mess.

A must have if you need help breaking or creating a habit!!!
The Habit system in the Planner is eye opening and makes me feel hopeful about changing my habits. I love how it’s interactive and has so many Nutrition resources in one place.

Accountability planner
I received my My Fit Life planner and I couldn’t be happier. This is a great way to help me plan out my weekly meals and keep myself accountable. I especially like that it helps me kick my bad eating habits and creates more positive ones.
