I bought this for my son, he is a diabetic. My son says that the loves the taste of the tea. He has been drinking the tea for about two weeks, so we have to wait and see if it helps.

Reduces cravings, but I do not like the taste
I do not have diabetes, but I do have poly cystic ovarian syndrome and my doctor has warned that I need to monitor my blood sugar levels as I have had weight gain. My sugar some times can spike and at times drops very low. I was excited to try this product to strike the balance. The instructions were simple and I even had a question as the instructions recommended using a particular type of thermos to brew the tea, but the company responded very quickly and advised me what to do if I didn't have the thermos. I appreciated that. I did follow the instructions. After about 2 weeks I noticed that my night time cravings have reduced significantly. I am drinking this twice a day instead of three times a day because I have to be careful of my blood sugar dropping too low. My only issue with this product is that it is not pleasant tasting to me at all. I actually find it a bit bitter and at times it literally makes me gag. I'm not sure why I have this experience, since so many people enjoy the taste, but I drink it down really fast and then chase with water, if that helps. Worth a shot. I purchased this product at a discounted price for review purposes.

Stopped because of side effects
I got this to help reduce appetite. The tea itself comes in one big package and you can see bits and pieces of different herbs and leaves all blended together. The tea smells very medicinal and tastes phenomenally bitter. About 30 minutes after drinking the tea, I started getting a slight headache as well as some nausea. I don't think these symptoms were brought on by hypoglycemic effects of the tea since I ate a meal recently. I'm going through the ingredients list and the only ones that could be related to my symptoms are the gymnema leaf and the neem leaf since I'm familiar with the other ingredients.Also, I would NOT recommend this product for the following people due to side effects from some of the ingredients:ChildrenPregnant WomenPeople with autoimmune disordersI'm not saying that you shouldn't try this product. It is not the company's fault that my body reacted this way and looking at the packaging and the product, they do seem to make an effort to make a very high quality product. However, this review is just so that you can be aware of some possible side effects from using this product. I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review

Blood sugar stabilized in 2 days - very impressed
After 2 days (6) servings of this tea my blood sugar stabilized from a fasting morning glucose reading of 181 down to 120. I really notice a reduction in my cravings for sweets (love russian napoleon cake) and my appetite is calmer too. A cup of this tea before meals helps mnage my appetite and ceavings for the "forbidden" foods I know I should stay away from.The ebook I received with my order was helpful and contains some surprising info and good recipes. I used to buy this at my local pharmacy but im glad its now available on amazon!

A Fantastic Product for people with diabetes
I have purchased this tea for my father in law who has Type 2 Diabetes. After drinking this tea his blood sugar has improved tremendeosly. He was able to cut his diabetes medications in half just after 2 weeks drinking this super powerful herbs.I hope that he will be healthy, he wants to get rid of his diabetes for good.
