Missing nuts to hold the lamp on the ceiling.
I received the Chandelier missing two nuts to hold the lamp on the ceiling, I have to got to Home Depot to buy the nuts, and I did not return it is because it was already de-assembled. I suggest the store to review the items before shipping to the customer and make sure no missing items on the box. After finishing to I installed the Lamp it look beautiful on the ceiling.

Beautiful, but with problems
The media could not be loaded. Still pictures cannot capture the explosion of sparkle that comes from this light. As you move, there are bright flashes of every color. There are plenty of reviews that cover how impressive this fixture is. It is stunning. This review addresses some of those problems and will show you how I got around them.My ceiling is 18' high. My old fixture was dusty, and there was no way I was renting scaffolding to dust a light fixture or change a bulb. The hardest part of the whole project was removing the old light and electrical box it was attached too. Take the wires from the old fixture and connect a standard outlet and box in the attic. When everything else is done, this outlet is where the fixture will get power. For $22 I bought a wench rated for 1,200 pounds and screwed into a rafter in the attic, (see picture) It came with more cable than I needed and a hook to attach it. Because of other beams in the attic, I used a pulley to get the wench into a better location to crank. This wench is massively over powered and makes lifting the light very easy. The light fixture goes straight up and the balls do not get tangled on the ride up. To mark the top and bottom limits, I used orange tape so that a second person is not required to raise and lower the light.Building the light is MUCH easier when you are standing on the floor instead of on a shaky scaffold. Getting the wires tangled with each other is not an option. They are very fine and that would be a nightmare to straighten out. I did not have this problem. The manufacturer instructions were clear about this part, but left our some other questions I had.Extra crystal balls were provided. I really appreciated that, because I had one that was chipped pretty bad and I was dreading the idea of customer service to get a replacement. The metal that contacts the ceiling is sharp and could mark the ceiling. Most auto parts stores carry a U-shaped chrome edge trim ($17). It looks exactly like the trim around the main light plate because it is the same. This keeps the fixture from pressing circles into the sheet rock when you fixture is pulled tight to the ceiling. In a Tim Allen moment, I decided that MORE POWER would be a good thing. I installed nine 75W LED soft white bulbs which was a little over the top. Using 50W LEDs would be perfect. For Christmas, I am going to add colored bulbs.BRING A DOUBLE ORDER OF PATIENCE: This is not a job for rushing. Many reviews talk about it taking 8 hours to assemble. It took me about three days, but I stopped when I wanted to. It was a easy fun project. Being able to hoist the fixture out for the way at the end of the day let me take my time. Finally power, I cut the three prong power cord off a power splitter and used it to attach to the fixture. Fishing it into the attic was tough, so I zip tied it to the cable so it comes up the hole in the ceiling.I would buy this again, but only if I was going to install it on some kind of lift.Good luck!Update: After 2 years, the sparkle was starting to fade from dust on the crystal balls. It wasn't horrible, but the brilliant flashes of color were not as bright as when it was new. I lowered the fixture and spent about 30 minutes cleaning it. It still ranks as one on the best home improvements I have made.

Stunning Chandelier and Excellent Customer Service
Likes:1. It is an absolute statement piece! The pictures do not do it justice (please disregard the paint and scaffolding, we are remodeling). Our friends and people who pass by are blown away by it.2. The Price: I found it on other competitor sites at a much higher price point, some as high as $389.3. Delivery speed: Other sites were a week or more out, this came in 2 days.4. Customer Service: We were missing one of the strands (#30). I was in a panic because we had to return the scaffolding the next day and had no idea how I would get back up there to hang it! I emailed them and they called me within a few hours to let me know they would ship the missing piece, they just needed some details. As promised, the piece came and I was able to install it.Things I wasn't so happy about (but really not complaining - just making potential buyers aware so they can be informed):1. Installation was 6 hours: You have to attach each crystal ball individually. The smaller crystals are already put in place. It's not that bad though, once you get a rhythm going, the time flies by. I didn't realize we had been going at it for that long. Just be sure to bring your patience to this project!2. I had a hard time understanding the instructions to hang the crystals. The fixture itself wasn't bad, but I couldn't correlate the numbers on the bags to the diagram provided. Thankfully a past customer responded to my question and gave me a bit of insight. there are 8 circles on the fixture to be filled starting from the center (strand labeled 1-1) and working outward. The strands are packaged in groups based on which circle they belong to. For example, Row 2 has 7 total strands. So the packaging says "2-7". Then row 3 has 14 pieces. The packaging for that row will say "3-14". Then rows 4-7 each have 20 strands. Those packages will say "4-20", "5-20", "6-20" and"7-20". Then row 8 gets a little funny - each strand is individually packaged, but they lump them in groups of 5. At this point you just go in order by finding "8-1" then "9-1", "10-1", so on and so forth. My final overall opinion of this product is this - if you can get through the install, you will be head over heals for this chandelier.

Gorgeous chandelier, but be ready for a lot of work if you are DIY
I hired a licensed handyman to have this installed, given I have an 18 foot ceiling (and surely didn't have a ladder that big). There were two people who came to install and it took them about 4.5 hours (so, 9 person hours). The biggest challenge to make this DIY was the fact that I had an 18 foot ceiling and installing the crystals was only possible after you have mounted the plate to the ceiling (so, one needs to install each crystal off the ceiling). That said, once installed, this looks absolutely gorgeous and I absolutely love the chandelier. Based on suggestions from others here, I used 50w 5K (white) GU10 light bulbs and that was plenty bright for our purpose (I think given the space that it is illuminating in our home, I could have even gone with 75w bulbs).I am so glad that they had given some spare hooks with the product, given one of the hooks came broken. All in all, highly recommend the chandelier, but as mentioned, DIY ain't easy at all!!

Amazing Chandelier
Attaching a couple of pics. I added smart LED gu10 bulbs (Wiz) which adds to the beauty of this chandelier. I had to get a neighbors help to mount the base of chandelier without which I would be looking to hire a scaffolding from Home Depot. After the base was installed it was just a question of patience and time to install the strings holding the crystals. I am thrilled with the way it turned out and the Smart bulbs give it another dimension look wise.

Beautiful light fixture!
The media could not be loaded. Very beautiful chandelier! Took approx 10 hours from start to finish including assembling/disassembling 15ft of scaffolding and cleaning up at the end. Make sure the fixture box is mounted to a joist and secured properly or use a ceiling fan bracket as it weighs about 40lbs. Overall the install is the same like any other light fixture. Well worth the money and time spent and would highly recommend it if you have the ceiling height.

Very beautiful light
Like most previous installers have stated, this involves working at heights and so, things can go the wrong direction. Take all necessary precautions and enjoy the install. The final outcome is worth every second spent on the project!

Very Elegant
It's just amazing and so elegant. It took 12 hours to put it up by two professionals (expensive installation) but it was worth it at the end. It just added enormous beauty to our foyer.
