Gearrific Exercise Ball, Stability Base & Resistance Bands Set + Free Pump, Jump Rope, Workout Bands, Gym Towel & Water Bottle

The only complaints I have about the exercise ball is that the pump given to blow up the ball didn't do a very good job and the directions were not very clear-cut. I guess I'm just the type of person that needs precise instructions. Other than that, I am happy with the other items that were received.

It is fine except trying to do the leg exercise. Maybe if I keep practicing I will get it. Also the Video goes too fast. There should be time to do the exercise before you jump into the next one.

Everything arrived as stated however, there were no instructions on how to set this system up? There was a card that says “Just ask Alan” with no link or phone number? I didn’t receive the instructional video.

All of the plastic in this set from the bands to the jump rope are HORRIBLE!! so if your buying them for that at all, skip!!! The bands roll up when you put them around your legs, and the jump rope is so plastic'y it gets tangled on itself EVERY.SINGLE.TIME I do as little as two jumps. You have to completely stop, detangle them and begin again (so frustrating). The ball is okay but in general, I wish i hadnt bought this set.

The product was suppose to come with an exercise worksheet....there was none.

I love this thing. it will move in the base a little but it actually helps because it causes you to use muscles to keep it steady ( only like a qtr inch movement) The restraints are nice an attach easily. Its been a fun product.

Got this for my husband for Christmas. He’s been wanting to start working out at home/have a home gym, I bought this and a weight bench and he loves the set. Got here in time for the holidays too!

I returned it because overall it’s not great quality. The jump rope is truly the cheapest on the market really you won’t be able to use it. I was mostly interested in the ball base which is also on the lower quality side. This might be fine for somebody first time out but I would recommend if you want each of these pieces by better quality separately.
