I had bunion surgery in January and have, ever since, about twice a day, dealt with wrapping a gel ice pack in a long towel to tie around my foot. I also pulled a tendon in my ankle two years ago and sprained an ankle last year, so I am well-versed with that solution for wrapping an ice pack around my foot. Then last week, I had an epiphany—surely someone has noticed this issue and made an ice pack JUST for feet! I checked Amazon, found this baby, and ordered it right away. I like that it's super simple. You don't have to figure out how to use it, you just put it on. I put the soft side down directly on my foot and it's great. Then you wrap. Voila. I have found it to work perfectly for my ex-bunion (around my big toe), and also for my ankle. The only thing is that while it's nice and cold... it doesn't quite get the same cold as one of those gel packs. So I tried putting this pack down, put a gel pack on top, and wrapped it. IT'S PERFECT. It's so secure and covers exactly the area I want to ice. I'm so happy. I highly recommend this thing and I will be ordering another so I can use one at night (wear it to bed) and one in the morning.

This little thing is great! I work in a factory and my elbow started to bug me from the repetitive motion my work has me do. So I ordered my first one. It's awesome, I wrap it around my arm around my knee, or just use it as a soft ice pack. It's so convenient to just just wrap it around me and then I don't have to stop what I'm doing to feel better for the rest of the day. I used it so much I had to buy a second one for my boyfriends house cause we both wanted to use it at the same time. The only thing is it doesn't stay supper cold for a super long time. But it's perfect to numb whatever you need for 20 minutes.

Listen to the other reviewers. The strap sucks. It would be nice if the strap could detach and be flipped around. The problem is that the soft side doesnt get that cold and the plastic side stays cold for maybe 15 min. It heats up so fast that you really need to only use the plastic side so the cold can get deep enough into the skin. I bought it for a broken wrist. It was gentle enough...just didnt stay cold long enough which was annoying. I does work really well on headaches when placed on the back of the neck. It would probably be good for kids too who are sensitive to regular cold packs.

Other bigger ice packs are just too clunky. This is flexible, and just the right size to fit on my foot/ankle -- and probably many other places that I don't need it for. It comes in its own little ziplock baggie and is small enough to keep in the fridge or freezer, but also thin enough that it doesn't take a long time to get cold if you store it elsewhere.

I purchased this two years ago and from about one week in, it started to leak out the little beads. Since then, pretty much every seam has popped open. After many rounds of super glue including preemptive glue along every seam, I am finally giving up on this wrap. Also gets warm too quickly for me

The strap on this pack makes it soo much better than just trying to wrap/tie a regular ice pack to a sprained ankle or any other weird shaped jointed body parts. The fit with this strap and also the unique shape of the ice pack conforms to the area it’s applied to, so that it worked significantly better to relieve the swelling of my ankle than just using a regular square pack!! It’s kinda like using a lightweight, thin bag of frozen peas but better quality and easier to securely attach in a way that allows necessary movement. It’s very versatile and gets cold quickly! I hesitated to buy it when I twisted my ankle and debated whether it was really necessary or not, but it has ended up being worth every cent imo! I would recommend this product!!!

This Ice Pack is by far the most soothing and comfortable ice pack for my knee that I’ve tried. Ordered about 7 different kinds from Amazon and Walmart hoping to have them arrive sooner however the hurricane delayed shipment so I ended up with more than needed however it gave me the option to explore all the different kinds and this was my top fav. It’s light weight and keeps the cold cooling sensation for a much longer time than the others. The mold ability and flexibility are unmatched and the color is aesthetically appealing. This is just the right size, not too big or small and covers a decent area to provide relief. The main goal is for pain relief and I believe this is the ideal item for that

JUNK!!!! This item is JUNK, Look at the photo it popped the very first time trying to heat it in the microwave. We just got it today. My wife was so excited when it arrived, looking forward to us it to get some relief from pain in her feet and knees. Couldn't even use it once. JUNK product

1)not cold enough on the cushion side when strap on. 2) not flexible enough when cold to around ankle contour 3) strapin lack the capability to secure firmly.

I get gout flares so these are super helpful for when those flares affect a foot or ankle. The freeze quickly and the suede side saves your skin from any frostbite. Can adapt to however you wish to strap stuff up.

Lamentablemente por la pandemia el envío tardó muchísimo tiempo, contacté al vendedor para avisar de la situación y solicitar reembolso. Muy amablemente me reembolsó el envío rápido que había pagado, el importe del producto y para no grata sorpresa días después me mandó el tobillero de regalo como disculpa por los inconvenientes. De verdad que se nota la diferencia de atención al cliente de empresas extranjeras, por lo menos en este caso. El producto se ve muy bien y lo comenzaré a utilizar para ayudar en la desinflamación de mi cirugía de tobillo.

This product has been so good. Stays cold for about 30mins which is good for what I need. I have a sprained ankle and it was perfect to use at home and also when I was away on picnics or trips. Stayed cold in a cooler. Easy to put on and does not burn my skin. The soft fabric on the other side is so comfortable. Would definitely recommend this product
