I ordered these hoping to add some more light for my houseplants. I have my houseplants set up on a tiered plant holder. Some of the holding spots on the bottom of this plant holder don't receive much light so I figured I would add these lightbulbs to the underneath side of the shelves. I ordered the extender pack, but they aren't extenders so they were a waste. I installed these anyway and I've been using them for a couple weeks now. My aloe plant is extremely unhappy under these lights. It's starting to shrivel. It's in the same place it was, but it is not happy under this new lighting. I wouldn't buy these again.Since I wrote this my aloe vera plant has absolutely withered away. I've had this plants for 3 years and it's dead and the only change were these lights. I've turned them off and will no longer use them. Waste of money. DO NOT BUY.

These work great for growing plants! Geraniums will bloom under them. I got my first set back in February and they are still going strong love them to much I ordered another set. If you want to enjoy the loom of your plants you’ll need to turn the lights off but if you’re starting garden plants these are awesome for that!

From what I know, this set doesn't come with a timer function. The lights are SUPER BRIGHT. Almost too bright. I didn't realize just how intense the lights were until we plugged them in. We only leave them on for a few hours a day, just to make sure our indoor plants don't get over exposed and burn up. They were really easy to install. I'm hoping they'll do our plants some good over the next few winter months!

There's no timer which is fine by me. Awesome lil lights for the price. My only complaint it's that there's only one power cord when it should come with 2 power cords. Also want to mention that there's no need to send so many lil outlet covers since only 1 power cord, they've all got to connect together unless you've got your own power cords to be able to connect any other way. Besides that, I'm completely satisfied.

This product DOES NOT have a timer but it doesnt bother me at all. I flip the switch ON in the AM a d off at night to let my seeds rest...but it definitely helps them grow.

These are garbage they don’t put out enough light to sprout seeds or sustain life for a plant.Seeds won’t sprout clones will die

Fine in my green house, only thing is the connector cords were a little short. But in all good product.
