Sending them back immediately
According to the description, you're supposed to remove a plastic film from the earbuds and place them in their case in order to pair them. For mine, there was no plastic film and when I placed then in the case, nothing happened. After watching a YouTube video, I saw how to pair them and got them paired to my phone. They sounded good, not great. When I put then back into the case, they would not disconnect. I had to disconnect then from my Bluetooth menu on my phone. I put them on the charger for an hour and when I tried to use them again, they had to be re-paired with my phone. Once again, they did not disconnect when returneded too the case. Very disappointed. These are going back ASAP

The company does not stand behind product
The earbuds worked for a few months, but then one earbud was not functioning properly. I contacted the company twice, but was ignored twice. The earbuds were very good when they worked, but I would expect the company to honor their warranty.

It's good when it works
When it works its great. Tho most of the left earbud does not work. It also doesn't charge like right side. I find myself wetting the metal on both the charger case and the earbud metal. It seems to help a little tho not always.

seems price is justified by the products quality.
so much static when walking or simply a foot away from the phone. when it wants to work, sounds amazing for its price but then while walking, the static constantly appears. The range seems to be ok. I tested it from pretty far away from my phone and it was still connected. But this statics...it annoys you.
