Good health supplement.

I bought this for the purpose of making lactation cookies. They are extremely potent and served it's purpose. Very costly, so I don't think I would buy again. Else, it's good to purchase.

I’ve never used a product like this before. Brewers yeast has a very noticeable flavor, which is hard to mask. Masks best in chocolate, and I imagine it would go well in savory food. I got for boosting milk silly while breast feeding, but I don’t think it’s helping because I can’t eat much of it in a day due to its flavor.

Obviously, the flavour isn't fantastic on its own. I used this for making lactation treats, which ended up tasting great. I do NOT use the recommended amount in one go because of the taste. I sprinkle in on peanut butter toast, marmite, you can put it in soups and most cooking in small amounts. Helpful in lactation.
