Motor fails within weeks
The product has a good functionality..... in the beginning. I am on my second device after the first failed when the gears stopped moving the arms in and out. I thought it was a random thing from when it fell. Alas the second device has done the same thing and is now unusable as well. The motor works but the arms do not move. They are stuck in the open position.

Sensor is not working
At first, it was great.But few days later the sensor wasnt working anymore.So I had to use side sensor to trigger the holder.Charging is good and the phone is stable but broken sensor killed its value.

Motor flaky. Wireless charging ok.
Motor stopped working in first two weeks. Wireless charging does work though. Sensor detecting phone is flaky and drops your expensive phone randomly. Overall, a fail.Nice concept though if it worked better.
