I absolutely love this book. I am a musician who has been playing for over 20 years in every type of situation imaginable. I have always been reluctant to learn songs of The Beatles just incase it took away their magic somehow if I knew intimately how their songs were constructed. How wrong could I be. It has enhanced my love for The Beatles and has even assisted me in composition by seeing very simple solutions to chord based problems. They were absolute naturals. The book itself is highly accurate with very very very few chords that are slightly the wrong voicing (the chord named in the box has been accurate so far, just the shape of the chord in 1 maybe 2 songs I’ve had to change - but out of 195 songs that is top class). I couldn’t recommend this book highly enough for people who are already well acquainted with the work of The Beatles and want to learn how to play their tunes. 5 stars.

Nice and simple, one song per double page, lyrics clearly illustrated with chords. A spiral-bound version would be even better as keeping the pages open is a slight pain. Still, a great buy.

Contains just about every song by the Beatles up to 1970. Nearly all the songs have chords in the original keys or capo information. Handy to throw into the pouch on the front of a guitar carry bag.

Knowing the songs is one thing, but playing them on the guitar using all them aug and sus chords was a real joy and shows you just how good songwriters the Beatles were. I wanted to add this to my collection having previously purchased the AC/DC and Led Zeppelin versions of the Little Black songbooks. Was not disappointed. I am enjoying this book and its accuracy too. The only downside is, if you’re like me, you may need to put your reading glasses on! (That’s why it’s called the LITTLE BLACK SONGBOOK!!) But it’s still very comprehensive, very handy, accurate and I would definitely recommend!

Loads of songs to play.

This is such a convenient book to carry with me everywhere, I use it to teach my granddaughter to play the guitar as all the appropriate chords are included for all 195 songs by the Beatles. She is only nine years old, and it is great to get the younger generation into music my generations music.

Tremendous. Yes, there are a few songs that aren't here, but you have to really work to find them. Everything you need. Music, words, guitar chords. Plastic cover makes is useful for parties. The guy who showed this to me has 17 copies for singalongs. Love it.

I've owned a couple of Beatles songbooks so far, and this I think is by far the best.

Handsome book..includes so many familiar tunes, music some I hadn't known - ie The Christmas song.. ! Worth it if you're a Beatles fan.My only negative is some are not the original chords.I use this book in Tandem with a tiktok performer who uses the book as a base.
