Impressive shower head!
I purchased this shower head to replace an older calcified head I had in my master bathroom. I've always wanted a rain type shower head and this one doesn't disappoint. The installation was super simple. Make sure to use the washer and teflon tape that are included in the box. I put it up as high as my shower ceiling would allow and placed it near a 45 degree angle and when on the water flows very nicely and covers completely. I love the size as it allows a wider area of water. In addition the non high pressure is great as my old shower head would blast the water out onto the floor. Well worth the money spent. An update: this shower head failed after a year and upgraded to a newer model. Probably not the manufacturers issue, more likely the hard water I deal with in Phoenix.

Absurdly large and awesome
We now have two of these in our home because we are obnoxious humans who apparently love massive showerheads. This is super easy to install with no leak issues, looks fantastic, and really is a massive upgrade from your standard shower head. The only minor quirk I've noticed is that after shutting the water off, it takes a hot minute for the shower head nozzles to stop trickling/dripping, but otherwise it's perfect.

This showerhead is the GOAT.
Seriously I’ve been taking showers for six decades so I know a thing or two about the showers. This is the best showerhead I have ever stood under. It’s not even close. This is the best.I replaced the Delta rain showerhead that cost five times as much as this one. And it wasn’t nearly as good. Now, every time I take a shower, it is an absolutely magnificent experience. Do not hesitate to buy this showerhead.

Great shower head but leaks a little.
I really like this shower head a lot. It looks good and feels amazing. My first time using it I was blown away by the difference between this one and my old one. I was hang some leaking issues where it connects to the existing pipe so I added the second bring as the instructions said and reapplied the white tape. I still have a small leak dripping as I take a shower but its not to bad.

Just like being in Europe
During some extensive travel and cruising in Europe last year, I found that nearly all hotel rooms and staterooms had rain type shower heads. I was inspired to get one for our home. The claim that it can be installed in 10 minutes is certainly correct if you simply attach in place of your old shower head but I wanted something a little different. As you might imagine, this took considerably longer.Just by the nature of its size and material, this shower head is heavy. I didn't want to risk putting such a strain on a thirty year old piece of thin pipe, the existing elbow. I purchased a straight 3 inch pipe, two-way valve and 6 inch extension pipe so that the head would extend well out from the wall. I also wanted to include the existing hand held shower head in the design. A word of warning and encouragement here if you attempt this. Chances are good that your old elbow pipe will break off when you try to remove it especially if it is in an older home. If this happens to you, panic not. Removing the broken piece from the connection is tedious but doable. Get a small screwdriver blade under the outside edge of the broken pipe. Once you have a small amount to grab, use some long needle-nose pliers to gently pull the old thread out. With luck it will come out like a curly fry but if it breaks off, keep at it. There isn't really that much thread inside the brass elbow.I purchased a support to attach to the wall above the shower as the weight of the extended assembly would have eventually broken the pipe in the wall. Sadly the support was more expensive than the shower head. It is available here on Amazon. You could probably hire a machine shop to make something similar at a lesser cost. The screws that came with the support are quite small so to anchor it more securely, I added a wood disk behind it using toggle bolts to ensure that it would not pull out of the wall.I am quite pleased with the final result and the performance of the shower head itself. I opted for the 12" model and am not sorry.

Leaks at extension arm joint!
I thought it would be nice to have a rainfall high pressure shower head. This is definitely not a good one.First off, I'm not sure who shipped it, but the box wasn't even sealed. The lid was open, and sone parts lost when I received it. Luckily I had Teflon tape and a wrench that fit. Who would ship a box without sealing it? Stupid move.Secondly the extension arm joint leaks badly no matter how tight you adjust the wing nut. The keak is at the end that connects to the wall pipe. The wall pipe joint does not leak, but the adjustable hinge joint leaks badly.I'm sending it back.I will have to re-box it, as I can't get the extension arm off of the shower head, the swivel ball turns when trying to unscrew the extension arm.Total waste of my time.

Loved it
We absolutely love it! Only downside is that it moves side ways. But if you dnt touch it then is fine. I thought the water pressure would be a problem but it isn't, pressure is fine a we feel that we have shower even faster. Showering in our micro bathroom became a pleasure. Recommended.

Easy to install, very relaxing
Great quality, easy to install. The extender arm fasteners keep it in position and it gives a good enough distance from the wall or shower caddy. All components are metal, good quality. Was surprised it even came with Teflon tape to help with the seal, extra washers/screens and a mini wrench. Literally didn't need any other tools or parts to install. No change in pressure vs my standard shower head (basic Moen), but gives more surface area and is very relaxing.

Comes with everything you need in the box, including a wrench, teflon sealing tape
This shower head was super easy to install, it comes with rubber and neoprene washers installed so the inclusion of the Teflon tape was moot. We tested it without and it did not have any leaks. The item is exactly as displayed online, the finish is immaculate because it has a mirror finish. The item works precisely as advertised and it delivers a very pleasurable rain shower experience. It arrived well before the date advertised, and we are pleased with it's quick arrival. I would definitely recommend this item for your next shower upgrade.
