Minor's Fire Roasted Poblano Flavor Concentrate

Fire roasting poblano peppers is a real pain, but I love the flavor they add to many of my favorite recipes. What could be easier? Just scoop a bit of the Minor's fire roasted poblano flavor concentrate and bingo - big roasted flavor. I love what it does for a cheese sauce, tacos, fajitas, chili, etc.Their fire roasted jalapeños is another great product.

Just what I needed to make one of my favorite recipes.

Made me rather ill/sick to my stomach. Then I read on the label, Keep Refrigerated. Not Refrigerate After Opening, but Keep Refrigerated. It was warm when it was delivered. So I won't try it again unless I can be sure it was stored and packaged properly.

The flavor in this container is so delicious!I added a few tablespoons of this paste to my green enchilada sauce and there were no leftovers whatsoever♡You can add so much flavor to so many dishes. Yum!Definitely ordering again!

Stuff is pricey but packs a great flavor punch. I use these for different sauces that I make for a meal that can make the difference between a tasty dish to a phenomenal dream about the dish at night.

Works great! Gives whatever your using it in good flavor. It's quick too. Don't need to chop the poblano and spend 1.50/pepper either. Defenitley recommend it. Just use sparingly until you know how strong a flavor you want. I over did it the first time. lol

This makes a good touch to pasta sauce.

I didn’t even open it after I read under the ingredients label, “partially produced with genetic engineering “. I’m sure it tastes good, by the list of other ingredients, but I am a cancer survivor and watch every thing I put in my mouth! What’s worse, it is not eligible for return.
