I bought this item at the same time as a friend bought the same exact one. His seemed to be much clearer and louder. He kindly gave me his and I wanted to return mine. Unfortunately, the window to return mine passed a few days after the time I was able to get it together to return..I don't like that there's such a difference in the 2 pair..now I have 1 bad pair and also 1 good pair. The warranty was already cancelled on the original pair I intended to return..So, unfortunately it looks like I an stuck with the defective pair. Or, I could say..I paid double price for 1 good pair..

Good sound... others sitting close by can hear sound coming from speakers but not enough to make out what is being said. There was too much of a gap between the back band and my head making them fit loosely on my ears. It bugged me so I ended up sending them back for a refund. If the connection piece had been adjustable these would have been perfect.

The product doesn't want to power on after 1 use. I can't return it to amazon bcs I live in the Philippines. It won't be economical to return it to seller.
