Just buy them! Took my work boots from “I think I’m going to buy a new pair” to “man, these things feel like new tennis shoes.”I’ve had a pair of Keen steel toes for about 2 years or so. I don’t wear them daily, but I do wear them 1-2 times per week regular with some extended periods mixed in. This means I get used to my so comfy daily boots and the steel toes are “blah.” These massaging insoles are incredibly comfortable! You won’t regret.

These insoles are fairly thin and with wide feet I found them to be quite narrow. The metal pieces pop out easily. Interesting idea but I wouldn't order them again and wish I had ordered something else this time.

it definitely over priced, consider the quality of it, I think it worth 3 dollars. Plain plastic, I won't suggest to buy this, waste of money.

I returned this product because within a week of wearing these three of the magnets popped out in the right shoe sole...not good

Use it for a month, the silicon/plastic/rubber or whatever it's made of cracks and the magnets or dots on the inside come out all the time...

These are insoles to fit inside your shoes. Once I removed the old insole, I used it as a template to trim the new insole. These are the instructions from the side of the package.

This extremely thin piece of plastic does little to cushion or relieve pain. The little bumps do feel nice, but thats about it. Magnets fall out easily as they are not glues down but are easy to reinset.

This really seems to have helped me. Stepping on the magnets doesn't really bother me while walking. I thought it would be worth a try, and I think they were. I work from home and wear them part of every day.
