Great product, amazing service.
Perfect for building the strength to be able to do unaided pull-ups. I have struggled to train my body to be able to do a pull-up for a long time but this allows me to go to my pullup bar and start working on my strength and to gradually reduce the assistance by doing down in band strength. Highly recommended - before I had to do controlled descent in order to build strength, this is much better and has given me faster progress.p.s. - the seller is incredibly helpful and replaced a band I got that was too powerful for me without any questions and no extra cost for me, very happy with the product and the service.

A Great tool for building strength!
I don't use this for pull-up assistance, but to add resistance to body weight movements. This green band needs a fair amount of force to stretch it, which is what I was looking for. It can be used for movements such as rows, face pulls, overhead pressing (I do this seated as standing requires too much force!). The possibilities are endless with a bit of imagination. I use it mainly as active rest on off days, or when I'm tight on time and want to get some training in. Push-ups with this are great! The tension can be easily varied to provide a challenging workout. This has a surprising effect on your core, which I had not anticipated. After a day of experimenting with this my core was screaming!Overall all, a great tool to supplement your training! If you don't currently train regularly, this could be all you need (I'd go lower than the green band, however). Not to be underestimated.

Excellent quality, the best band I bought
I bought the green band to help me with pull ups. It's extremely sturdy and offers a good amount of resistance. At the time of me writing this, note that I can't do a single pull up without this band and even just hanging from the bar is difficult. With this band I can do pull ups and the band itself just handles the weight really well. Still working the muscles very well.I have several bands, which I use them for different things, and this band is hands down the highest quality band I own.

Was dubious at first but always looking for things and ideas to improve strength training to go with body and weight training. Wow repeat each exercise after equivalent weighted exercise and the difference of pump and shake is second to none allowing you to push to failure further without worry of injury. Brilliant for finishing exercises to. After band is looped onto bar it leaves roughly 80cm to play with for single or double band exercises. Will be buying another

Great present for gym bunny
I bought this for a die hard gym bunny and he is really hard to please! After I bought and read about the product I thought well if he doesn't like I really want it actually I just really want to for myslef!!!He loved it and uses it alot for home work outs. This arrived on time and I can't fault it and it was the right one phew I got the black one no issues and great to use.

Got the red band, I can do unassisted pull ups but not many (about 5/6 per set), I bought this band to help improve on this.The quality is great, I'm around 12 stone and have used with no problems, I have a friend who is 16 stone and he has also used this no problem. Just be careful not to let it twang you in the face!

Appears of good quality and the resistance level (black band) is about right for me for using for assisted pull-ups and standing abdo exercises. I got two and link them together for some exercises. They are strong which means that most exercises have been more comfortable wearing gloves to prevent the bands digging into my hands.

High quality product, does the job!
Good product, does the job.As a reference for you (only for assisted pull-ups):I weigh 90kg, so I got the green band. I use it for assisted pullups and I still find it very challenging to do even 10 reps. At the gym, on the assisted pull up machine, I have the weight on 49kg, so I am essentially 'pulling' up 41kg (my weight - assisted machine weight = 90kg-49kg) - and I normally do 3 sets of 10 reps. So if you are similar to me strength/weight wise, I'd recommend the green band - but it will be challenging!
