Stretchier than more well known brands
I found this to be weak and stretchier than any other kinesiology tape I used previously. As a result it isn't really providing the support I expected, though its presence alone is good for reminding me to have better posture. Will be trying something else next time that is stronger.

Comfortable to wear, painful to remove
This tape feels great while using it, and does it’s job well, but it sticks too well! Taking the tape off, even after just 1 day is very painful.
