If you wish to try to develop your language learning without structured tuition - whatever you do - don't buy this book.It HAS to be used in the context of a classroom / seminar environment & even within 'In Seminar / Tutorial' use .I found it segmented & confusing & BIGGEST SIN OF ALL - included nouns without their gender which - as is well known - is the NOT the best way to learn GermanWoefully unsatisfactory as a learning medium - from the point of view of a person engaging in re familiarisation.Whilst 'appearing' to be appropriate for 'individual' learnig - It is NOT !Unfortunately - I then found the balance between content for an adult learner / incompatible with the basic fundamentals.In short - I, as an adult, have attended several evening & german speaking courses.This book is a failed compromise between self learning & structured tuition.Do not buy - to try to enhance your language speaking - unless you have commited to a language course !
