This is the best chocolate ever especially in culinary and baking. I am a pastry Chef and we trained in school with this wonderful chocolate. It is great to work with. It has wonderful texture and richness. It’s delicious and it bakes very well. This is a wonderful product plan to order more in a variety of flavors.

Game changer
it made my good chocolate chip/chunk cookies into an amazing cookie that some were wondering if I bought the cookies from a bakery. It melts easier compared to chips and chunks so the flecks melt into the dough. Quality comes with a price so it's saved for a special occasion. Also only use for recipes that need care.

Best chocolate there is!!
This is honestly the BEST tasting dark chocolate I have ever had. It's expensive as hell, but if I'm going to indulge, it's gotta be worth it. I usually buy from the Valhrona website but sometimes they are out of the feves (I use them as bite size treats). It can also be a bit cheaper on Amazon. The package is a little more beat up than when I get it direct from the company and there can sometimes be a little bloom on the chocolate, but it's otherwise fresh and in good shape.

The best chocolate on Earth
Used to buy this in the grocery store at the bakery. But they stopped selling it. Haven't had it for a few years but wow do I miss it. Great bite sized for a healthy snack (just one or two). Obviously packaged for an excellent fir melting to make custom candies (I do dried cranberry or dried cherry) chocolate in molds. Also good for chocolate cheesecake if ground. Shaved to top many deserts.Chocolate was fresh. Newer packaging than shown.

Valrhona Guanaja Excellent
Valrhona Guanaja is widely considered to be one of the overall best chocolates in the world. At 70%, it’s about right on the edge between what most people would call semi-sweet and bitter-sweet which makes it very versatile. And, like most Valrhona products, it’s very well-behaved, easy to melt, easy to temper, easy to work with.There’s only one problem: shrinkage! If you have this stuff around the kitchen, I can guarantee that there’ll be a lot of “quality control testing” going on.I suggest stocking up on this product in the cooler months. If you order this product in July or August, don’t expect it to arrive in pristine condition. Stock up in November, December, January, etc.
