Q: Food is good but where is the free ball this is the third lot of food i’ve bought & still no ball!!

Hi I have ordered meat twice and no free gift and package was open.

Q: Is this food good for a dog with pancreas trouble

Pancreas problem needs chromium ...I give my dog chromium 100iu to remove fat from the pancreas. I find my dog is very selective with this food. He has pancreas problem I have now controlled with chromium ...I take it out of the capsule and put it on the food such as the 12+ mini or mix with cooked liver to make more interesting. Fat over 14% is the problem with pancreas ... chromium removes the fat build up in the pancreas... vets never tell you.

Q: my cavalier is over weight, will this help him loss weight

Hi this food is really good and full of all the nutrients your dog needs, and is a great staple diet, but as with us humans, no fattening treats, and daily excercise is the way to lose weight.

Q: Where does it state what flavour I am buying? I've seen turkey , chicken, salmon and variety but all sachets look the same

Only ever seen 'gravy salsa' on sachets and box. Composition of ingredients only gives 'meat and animal derivatives ' no other specifics.
